Is there a statute of limitations for having pictures of her when she was a teenager? Or better yet is the statue of limitations go off when he receive the pictures or stole the pictures or is it as long as he has the pictures? Either way you don't get to kill people because they have naked pictures of you you don't want them to have. Not to do any victim-blaming but this is why you don't take naked pictures of yourself and you definitely don't send them to people.

Tom was worth much more than what he is being credited with. Tom was a passionate supporter of the environment and worked for free for years to help me establish the nonprofit foundation Butterfly Farms. Tom and Jade are not related only associated through a prior marriage. This was never about photos and no photos where produced as evidence only photos of photos on jades phone, how convenient. Jade killed Tom for the cash she found in his apartment and that’s it plain and simple. Jade is a career criminal and struggled with her addiction to meth and heroin for decades and had priors for financial crimes.

I just find it so odd that he would have a picture of his stepdaughter as his screensaver without even a code to lock the laptop. She lives next door and it sounds like they were close, and he knew she would be picking him up from the hospital and had access to his home. I feel like there is more to the story that might explain what happened a little more clearly. It's just too bizarre. She had everything to lose by going about things this way.

Jade was finished long ago and has been a career criminal and drug addict her entire life. She killed Tom for the cash in his apartment and for not other reason. Jade is not someone who would have given a care scout nude photos. In court we heard testimony that Jade had text someone she had never met that her door was unlocked and that he could “have his way” with her all while Tom’s dead body was in her car. Also Jade bonded out on $1M bail with help from her dad and the day she bonded out she orders DoorDash using her dead stepfather’s identification and business credit card a practice she continued for over six weeks before I caught it and she had eaten over $2k in food paying with Tom’s credit.

I immediately threatened him to never speak to me, or I involve the police. I also deleted the email within minutes of reading it, I couldn't bare to read it again. I was sooo mad & confused. I was very afraid to tell my mom but he told her what happened. He tried to lie to both me and my mom that it was an accident and that it was meant for my mom, but the contents of that email clearly were targeted at me. She never clubbed him, and there is no evidence that she actually strangled him to death - the coroner’s report said he died from OD!
Also, have you never heard about Clifton Johnson and McArthur Wheeler who robbed two banks without a mask, where they was so surprised that the police could recognize them, because they had covered themselves with lemon juice, and they were sure lemon juice would make them invisible to the CCTV, like lemon can be used as "invisible ink" or something like that!

I live in the San Diego area. I work three jobs. The biggest mystery of this whole thing for me is how she became a millionaire from interior design. That's a pretty low priority, for most people. I guess her Dad's construction company provided her with contacts? Everyone I know who tried starting a business closed up ship after a few years, nevermind becoming a millionaire. She had the advantage of rich parents

She thought the world would empathise with her; they would take her side ...' With or without a 'heightened level of disgust', what on Earth could have made her 'believe' this ? How does anyone come to believe that there are any circumstances when committing murder would be viewed as appropriate? Perhaps Dr Grande is wrong about this. Or perhaps it's an American thing. Life being so much cheaper there than in civilised countries.

How many times do people have to be told? Don't let people take any pics of you that you would mind having shared with anybody. And if you don't want people to know that you did something, don't leave a trail on text (or email or anything.)
