    Method
    1. Set your kettle to 95 degrees or use water 15-20 seconds just off of the boil
    2. Weigh out 16g or filter ground coffee (We are using a ratio of 1:15 - 1 part coffee to 15 parts water)
    3. Place your V60 and cup/server onto your scales
    4. Fold and place filter paper inside the V60 dripper
    5. Rinse your filter paper with hot water - this will warm it and aid brewing. Then discard the water
    6. Add 16 grams of your chosen coffee
    7. Tare your scales and start the timer
    8. Pour 50g of water over the coffee in a circular motion - ensure all grinds are wet
    9. At 0:35 continue to pour water in a circular motion
    10. Stop at around 180g
    11. At 1:05 pour in circular motion until around 250 - 300g (depending on your cup size)
    12. Let the coffee filter through. Your total brewing time should be around 2:15 - 2:45
    13. Serve and enjoy!

I bung the ground coffee in an old milk jug, add just off the boil water and after 2 mins pour through a mesh tea strainer into my mug. Works a treat. Saves planet. Little to wash up or crowd the cupboard. Simples.

Interesting video! Was there a reason for the pause in between step 10 and 11? I'm guessing you used the initial 50gs for the blooming phase. But why stop at 180g and circular motion instead of maintaining the water pour and thereby retaining more thermal mass?
