Jet 2 have refused my friend and I, travel, in an extra legroom seat and have access to passenger assisstance. We both have osteoarthritis, weakness in our legs, so we can't walk great distances, but we need extra space for our legs. To add, we are both quite tall and have longer legs anyway. They have extra legroom seating on row 2, but anyone can book them. You don't need to be disabled to sit in them. Because those seats are already taken on our flight, they said we would have to be put in standard seats to qualify for passenger assistance. So our holiday is in danger of being cancelled as we would not be comfortable in standard seats. We need room to be able to switch positions and stretch.
