At 4:36 "kakkalakki" is pronounced three times, each time without the "h" sound before "kk", but at 13:56 two pronunciations are given, first with "h", and then without. So maybe both are correct.
There is always some "h" sound, but when you speak fast or enunciate less it is less obvious, but it's always there! I also include an example with a more exaggerated "h" so you can hear it more clearly. But even if you don't put any "h" sound it will always been very understandable, and it is never "wrong" exactly, it's just a matter of accent :)

The letter K sounds just like the English word cow, so it’s easy to remember how to call the letter K in Icelandic!
