I love this series. Great vid, dude. I had no idea that Tearaway had a PS4 release. One of the few Vita games I own... I need to get the PS4 releases. I'd say another PS4 release that everyone should get while they can is Tokyo Xanadu EX. Pretty uncommon Vita game that eventually got ported to the PS4... Cool rpg that no one talks about. Cheap right now but, I predict it will be sought after soon. Great vid and list!
Stern Pinball Arcade is a pretty nice mention here that I totally agree with. What's nice about Stern is that it also was on the Switch and the Xbox One physically and any of them are actually a lot better than most people might give it credit for if you're into pinball games. I don't have the PS4 version, but I do own the Xbox One version. Funny enough, it doesn't have a Ghostbusters table like the PS4 and Switch versions do. What is DOES have is an exclusive Star Trek Enterprise table and TWO exclusive AC/DC tables. None of which you'll see on the PS4 or Switch copies of this game. I never noticed this until today. Its seriously interesting to see the different content that some versions got. Ghostbusters is the only table the Xbox doesn't have versus the other ports so if you want that then you'll NEED to get a PS4 or Switch copy of this game. Fair warning to all you collectors out there; the Switch version is the only version to have Ghostbusters available on the cartridge out of the box (meaning no download required), but it is also the most expensive version by a long shot so it may or may not be worth it to some... :( On the subject of PS4 hidden gems you should give attention to, might I suggest Sakuna of Rice and Ruin? This is probably my favorite hidden gem for the 8th generation. It can also be had on the Switch, but if you want to take advantage of the games PS4 Pro enhancements you're going to want the PS4 version. I had this game pre-ordered day one for when it came out because I KNEW Sakuna was going to be a worthwhile play but for a lot of other gamers out there this game really flew under the radar. Sakuna definitely deserves more attention. It sold roughly 1 million copies as of 2021 which, while successful, isn't as much as your typical AAA game sales numbers so please give Sakuna a shot while you can.
I’ve always wanted to check out those pinball games. I thought a I saw a collection somewhere that had the WWF pinball arcade. 🤔 Would you say that Yoku game is a Metroidvania? 😅 I have that Tearaway game on my Vita. Been wanting to play it for sure.
I can't say these two are hidden gems, but they are my favorites so far - Dying Light and Borderlands 3. Dying Light is a well polished zombie game even though there's so many ways to glitch out of bounds. It has a large offering of free dlc. Borderlands is just a zany run and gunner. The dark humor always kept me coming back.
Disaster Report 4 is pretty cheap these days. I think it has the potential to shoot up in price. Niche game, probably low print run, and the potential to become a bigger franchise in the future.
You are on to something with Disaster report. I'd never heard of it, so I looked into it. While it was released in all the major regions it looks like only about half of the copies available are for the NTSC region. I have added it to my list.
That's a killer price. I think I paid $20 new last year at GameStop. I really think it's a must own because all they other games in the franchise are so expensive.
8 bucks!!!!! You ripped someone off...lol Just Kidding. .That's a killer price, there is so much content in that game.. It is really good if you like Metroid style games or games like Symphony of the night. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for checking out the video.
Tearaway was made for the vita, just like gravity rush. Both actually play better on the vita…Both amazing games. Nioce video man, I’ll have to go back and check out the other ones…
Thanks, Gravity Rush will be a harder game to find as time goes on. It was only sold in the NTSC region via Amazon and there seems to be smaller supply.
@@CMRetroGaming mine has a hole punch in it…I believe it was a promo but it’s hella opened lol…the remaster was hard to get. When I watched a Gackt video, he mentioned GameStop clearance it out. I did remember when I worked there we did open copies when they sat too long and moved them into used inventory. But when he mentioned that I looked at the website and snagged mine for 35 bucks. I’ve had 2 for a min which is also good, now that was made for PS4 for sure… And much respect man.
Thanks for checking out the video. What are some of your favorite PS4 games?
Bloodbourne is a masterpiece
PS4 is one of my favorite consoles to collect for. The spines on the cases are also really nice.
Me to, It's an awesome console to collect for.

That's interesting about the Stern pinball game. I just watched a review of Sakuna and I'll keep an eye out for it.

I have that Tearaway game on my Vita. Been wanting to play it for sure.
The pinball games are very good.
Great recommendations! I played Yoku's on Prime Gaming and loved it, I need to get the physical version before it's too late.
Thanks for watching. Yoku is really fun an it's so unique.
The pinball games are a MUST! I have stern and marvel on xbox one and pinball arcade on PS4.

my son loves boarderlands
Finally a honest gamer guy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I try to give unbiased opinions and I try to find affordable games that most people will enjoy

@CMRetroGaming I'm into a lot of those japanese AA games. They're janky but full of charm. Plus, Japanese jank just hits different.
I bagged Pocky & Rocky on Amazon for $13. It was part of the cyber monday deal.
That's a killer price. I think I paid $20 new last year at GameStop. I really think it's a must own because all they other games in the franchise are so expensive.
Nice picks Chris!
Thanks man
Are you able to link the other parts in the description? I'm not able to find the previous ones easily scrolling the channel vids :/
Yes, they are linked on the end screen
cool video! I have all of these hidden Gems Already!!!!
Thank you for watching. Do you have a large PS4 collection?
Thank you I just purchased Blood stained from Amazon £8🙏🏿
8 bucks!!!!! You ripped someone off...lol Just Kidding. .That's a killer price, there is so much content in that game.. It is really good if you like Metroid style games or games like Symphony of the night. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for checking out the video.
@@CMRetroGaming no thank you excellent video 🙏🏿
What do you think about the switch version of pocky and rocky, just as good as ps4 physical
Because the original Pocky & Rocky games are pretty rare and expensive I think if you collect Switch you should get it on the Switch.
