My daughter wrote ten things she loved about me growing up... there were special moments that we always made sure we could take them on a trip to Myrtle Beach... a cabbage patch dill I waited in line for six hours to get.... your always making memories with the kiddos

I lost both my parents a month apart then a month later lost a brother in law then a couple months later my best friend it's been hard and I get sad but I get up every day saying today is going to be a great day ..I think of them every day and I know their in a good place their happy and their all together living it up dancing to some good old country music...thanks for sharing your life with us..❤❤..

I lost my brother in all but blood to something so stupid I still say "I should have seen it" and it kills me when I get down. But, we live their memory, their legacy, and we will see them again! God bless you Priscilla, and I will add you to my prayer list.

I will to pray for that poster. I mean I will try to pray for the poster to ask for forgiveness for the pain the words caused. And yes. Some people are very mean. And we all know how true it is.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I pray for you. We lost our 19 year old son 16 years ago and I still have days like Amber was talking about. I have learned that you always can find joy amongst the sorrow.

My brother and I used to slide down the stairs in a sleeping bag! 😂 when we wanted to go faster, we would put balls (soccer, basketball, etc) in the bottom of the bag to pull us down. It was pretty bumpy but always a blast! ❤️❤️❤️

Our stairs went straight down to the front door...one night, our folks returned from a date just to find my brother and I landing with a loud thump right at their feet, lol:) There was absolutely NO way to act innocent at that moment😳!!

Amber, although I never met you or Granger, I believe from what I’ve seen that you two are the Kindest People. I also believe you are an amazing Mom. I’m 62 and I still have days when I feel like I failed my 31 year old son or 29 year old daughter and then I see their kindness and values and know inside I didn’t. Look at the smiles on your Beautiful Children. They always bring a smile to my face. That should tell you that both you and Granger have done an awesome job. I have Lupus so at times I’m stuck in my room and I’m not complaining, I don’t look sick at all and I always wear a smile, but your videos always make me smile and sometimes cry if I’m honest. I look forward to all your videos and I thank you from the bottom of my Heart for your Honesty. You’ve helped so many people get through another day. My Mom always told me when she was alive, that tomorrow is always a new day to bring you joy. May you have joy always, my friend and know other’s care about you and your family. ❤️🎈🦋
Being a mother is the hardest job. I’ve been a nurse, manager & wife and numerous other jobs. Eveybody has hard & harder days. You can’t give up!!! Life is a journey and you can’t stop now!!!

To Granger and the entire Smith family, I really appreciate all of the content you put out on this channel, as well as your music. I can't wait for Tuesdays and Thursdays when these videos drop and listen to your music on the way home from work all the time. I lost my grandfather, the man who raised me, last November to brain cancer. These past couple of months has been some of the most traumatic times in my life and lately, I've been in an extreme funk that I can't seem to shake. On top of that, I was diagnosed with an illness last month so that has taken a pretty toll on my mental and physical health. I love your message man of just putting on a smile in face of the most toughest times in our lives. You never know what someone else is going through. Thank you thank you for bringing some light into my life with your videos and music brother.

Seems like every part of life and growing up is a lot like a dirt road. You're gonna have those bumps, ruts, potholes and a lot of loose gravel flyin up to overcome, but you're also gonna have fun in those smooth - fast sections that will put the biggest smile on your face. People are a lot like that dirt road too, you gotta steer around, go slow, dodge and deal with those bad areas; but thats a good thing because we can learn how to conquer those mean dirt roads so they can't slow us down or throw mud on us. I was in my teens when social media first got started so I really didn't have anyone to prepare me for what I should expect or how to handle certain things. My advise is: Be Kind, Be Understanding, Be Positive and Be Supportive because you never know what pain or circumstance others are having to deal with. Trust me, you would want the same treatment from others if you were bottomed out in a mud hole and didn't know how to get out. #LifeIsTooShortForHate 🌎🕊 #LiveLikeRiv ❤️🦋🎈

Amber if you're listening, I just want you to know I hear you, and I ask you to listen to these words I must say. I stopped your video in the middle, I had too, for one I have to say thank you for speaking your mind, and two yes there are very cruel people put there in this world, many of them don't have a filter unfortunately, but know one thing you are a great parent. I too know the feeling of parent guilt and I feel as though I am failing hard, as a veteran I struggle every single day to pick myself up and rebuild the mind that I lost at war, because every little action I have affects my children, and as a daddy with a daddy's girl, who stayed at home with her for the first 4 years of her life, I can't afford to lose her and I fear it every day due to my issues. I'm not trying to take from your story, but rather give you relation from two different experiences, I know what your feeling, I do, so let's stand together, pick ourselves up, wipe our tears and give our children what they deserve, and that's the best we can give. I believe in you just as I believe in myself. Stay strong Smiths.

I lost my dad and I one day I was on TH-cam and came across a song that just really touched me because it reminded me of him... and so I said as much in the comments. Someone responded with "who cares". I was extremely shocked and it cut into my heart. That small percentage of people can be cruel but a majority of people are not that way... thank goodness! Sorry you were hurt.
Granger I'm a 911 dispatcher and firefighter and although we never do it for the recognition but a thank you goes a long way. Thank you for taking the time to do that. It means a lot to all of us!

Awww Amber your not alone in feeling like a failure. I homeschool my 4 children and some days just aren't good ones, days when I loose my cool and figure I probably scar them for life. We just got home from your concert in OKC!! Gotta say... I was feeling a little sad and guilty knowing that you’d spend Valentine’s Day performing (despite how stinkin excited we were) and not with your gorgeous wife... but then Amber walked on stage!!! I was so happy :) Granger you put on an AMAZING show... and expected awesome, but you outdid yourself! The tickets were my husbands Christmas gift, and he said it was the best concert ever. Not only am i super excited to be in the crowd in Tulsa here but this video hit me hard! I've been struggling with feelings that are hard to explain lately as an individual and a mom. I guess i would consider it depression and YES mom guilt is very real. Yeah i can still smile and put on a brave face, but it is still there. Its crazy to me to know now that Granger was back stage talking about exactly what i was going through standing out there waiting for him to come on stage! I absolutely love this family! Oh Amber, I struggle with Mom-Fail days sometimes and I got to bed sad because I was short with the kids because they were fighting or not listening. The good thing is that our kids are resilient and I always apologize and they’re always accepting to my apologies. Mommy’s have bad days just like everyone else. You’re an amazing mother and such an inspiration. Keep your head up, we’re all doing the best that we can.

Amber, I remember when I and brothers and sister were kids, and we put our through some stressful times at times, with 5 in house she had her hands full, but she was always there, when things were not going good. As I got older I realized what our mom went through.washing clothes cleaning. A mom has a lot to go through lots of patience, you are a great mom, and you show your love and interest in them and are very involved which is great. Take it day by day! You all have some great children! God bless !!

She has a son going through puberty, so you can imagine what she is dealing with. I love you Amber, because you are a normal mom and not trying to be a fake trophy wife. Oh! Say yes to the puppy! SOO MANY HUGS MAMA!!!! I've lost all 4 of my children during pregnancy. I understand what it's like to blame yourself for your child's passing. I spent 15 months telling myself that i was a horrid mother, that I deserved to have them die. It took A LONG time for me to finally realize that I did nothing wrong, that I didn't want it to happen, that I didn't ask for it to happen. From one Loss Mama to another, YOU ARE A PERFECT MOTHER, A BRAVE MOTHER, A LOVING MOTHER!!!! YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!!!!
