Sir, tyvk 4 ur video; It would be super helpful. If you could tell us what that angle is exactly; it really makes a big difference as he just demonstrated, especially for those of us doing this sort of thing for the first time.

Great project ! I put this up on Facebook as I know a few folks that can really use one. Only trouble is I will have to make them for them. LOL.

Hi Kevin, any chance you can tell us what the new angle is in degrees please?

If you do decide to make some to sell, you could weld on a 1/2 or 3/4 pipe coupler on the head and the buyer could just buy a piece of pipe however long thats threaded on the one end to screw it on.

Those are some really cool ideas you came up with! Now it surely must be time to fire up that cast iron skillet and fry up some taters and onions.

Sir...Greetings from Australia My thought on prybars is....is the pressure point equal on both nails at the same time when applying pressure with the handle . I would be pleased if you could enlighten me on the subject Thank you

Very cool. Why don't you cut and weld a black 1 1/4 coupling to accept pipe handle. I would buy one and get my own handle. It would be much lighter for shipping. Good luck

Hi Kevin. Love your pallet pry bars. Just thinking, would there be any benefit to puting a slight downward bend along the length of the blade which lifts the timber off the 2 x 4's? I'm imagining the curve would make contact with the centre of the timber and lift up from the centre and maybe avoid the twist and split on the ends. Speaking from absolutely no experience here. Love your videos.

Looks like the new angle does in fact work better. Thanks for sharing. Maybe you could use a piece of scrap steel to cut out a pattern for the angle so you can reference all of the new build to that better angle.

Kevin, would it make sense to try one at a 90 degree bend (or maybe even less) rather than the 115 to 120 degree bends, so you could stand on the pallet with both feet during operation?

Awesome job!!! Love to have one. Would a 90degree be to much for a prybar?

Would an aluminum long handle work? It would be lighter, yet strong!!!
