I've trained in on average at least an hour a day for decades in my adult life. I've learnt that sometimes the days that you feel good are your bad days, and days that you feel bad are your good day. So soldier on until you can't.
I’ve been keeping up with the workout schedule but I must admit after many Christmas feasts the sessions feel much harder. Keep it up!
Consistency and the fortitude to go through with it. That’s why many don’t do burpees or these routines.

Just did 80s seals for a PR in 20 minutes, weighin' in at 264 pounds. Felt great
