With a loose throttle you can make the quad sound as nervous as you are, especially when you try to make that dificult trick and your fingers shiver

honestly i agree that the gimbal settings matter a lot, even applies for the other axis', like the other day i tightened my pitch roll and yaw because i was concerned with that being the cause of stick drift, and then i took a long time to adapt to tension and just didnt feel right, imo as little tension as possible is good because it doesnt feel like ur being told by the remote what to do (due to friction or self centering), more rather like "hey its a free world do what u want with the sticks" type of feel, just feels nicer overall with "loose"/lower tension sticks

      This! Yes.

do you have any bounce back on the right stick then? i was adviced just to loosen the throthle bounce

@@muntus i mean u can or rather should still have it be able to self center, but as minimal as possible or basically super low tension, so its on the brink of like being loose or having that "gap", so u dont get stick drift but loose enough for it to feel good

ive been flying like this foreverrr i also put grease or oil on the throttle gimbal where the point of contact is on the sliding mechanism. I also loosen the spring tension on the other gimbal as well

I put lighter springs and tightened the rail for the throttle on my Radiomaster Pocket but this made me realise that the opposite is what i actually want thanks…😅

I'd like to know how I can zero in my sticks using endpoints by moving the sticks from one end to the other.

1:20 for me it’s the total opposite. I want it pretty stiff where I can feel rivet bumps.

Yeah that's why I like my jumper t-pro, it comes really loose from factory. I tried my brothers tx16 and it feels so limiting trying to do micro adjustments hitting gates, almost like you're trying to fight the controller

How do I get my throttle to start in the down position on my controller? It doesn't take off until the middle position is reached!?

Check your min throttle settings against your controllers output make sure it’s as close as possible to

Lol that's your phwcking sorry a55 tip?
Girls have been running both sticks as loose as possible forever.
No, if you really want to improve your throttle control, you highly tweak out your throttle curve so the center of it's flatness, and most of your throttle's travel, covers right where your quad hovers, because that's where changes in throttle matter the most, and so you want the highest resolution right at the point you hover... and not just level, but at tilted orientations. So that center is not going to be at stick center, but actually 1/4 travel from the bottom up, so the the other 3/4 of the stick covers above the hover point.
