As a Massage Practitioner, when I was in Massage and wellness school, they also was teaching Tai Chi, it can take you into a spiritual realm without God! Stay away from spiritual exercise! God bless brother! Cha ka's stay away!
I remember when I first heard the truth about yoga and I was floored. Early on I used to try to talk to people about it and of course, here in the states anyway, they look at you like you've absolutely lost your mind, not like if you talk about flat earth, but almost.

@thetruthisnotsubjective 💯. I definitely think this needs to be talked about more. Like everything evil, it disguises itself. Idk about your neck of the woods but there's a yoga studio on every corner in south Florida
@@zoedaniellerowe708 yeah avoid that with a barge pole and tai chi is pointless. It literally sounds like dangerous because some one might think they can fight and be confident. Anyone with any training Ina real martial art will destroy them. Never heard of anyone in the ufc using tai chi for a reason
