…you’ll start questioning why the ones in the shops contain cheap oils... And maybe make your own!

Why did you leave the skin on the peanuts?

Hi, great question! The skin contains antioxidants which are great for your health (the effects are even better after roasting, apparently!). I still get a really smooth and lovely butter. That being said, you can 100% do what suits your taste and remove them if you prefer! ♥️🥜

@@TheFromScratchBody Thank you for the information, I didn't know. I always thought that it was just skin, with the only purpose of protecting the nut, like in the almonds.

    👏🏻is this 4200XL?

This is the CE, where the processor bit is pretty much the equivalent of the 5200xl! But I made peanut butter many times back when I had the 4200xl too - and it’s just as quick 🥳 Have also made it in the Blender Power 3 now!

The 4200xl would certainly do the job, the 5200xl is just a bit bigger so depends what quantities you need (but already 4200xl can handle a lot) - the Cook Expert is amazing in many ways (you can check out my vids on that if you want) but not necessary to go to that price for not butters etc!
