I've been looking for pictures of this place for years. I figured one of the local historical societies would have something. No luck. Then you uploaded this. Thank you so much.

Great job finding Fred’s Oasis! I grew up camping and riding dirt bikes out in Stoddard Wells. I know the Cannibal Hills well!

I don’t really care about old horror movies or where they were filmed BUT when Justin takes us along on these adventures I am drawn in. His videos are fascinating. Thanks and please keep on following your muse.

Same, though I do love seeing where they were filmed. I loved his video on the locations for The Hills Have Eyes, but had never even heard of the film before. He just has so much enthusiasm and dedication to do all the work involved in bringing the videos to us.

Great job finding this location that was a mystery for so many years and I still can't believe the chimney is still there after 44 years since the filming back in October and November of 1976. I can't say the same for the chimney/fireplace from the EVIL DEAD cabin in Tennessee where fans have been taking stones as souvenirs for years now. Justin, YOU ROCK. I look forward to your next adventure.

I hate vandals. It's amazing a few are still intact. 50 years of weather exposure. Rain wind sun, blistering hot summer's, cold winters. I bet they looked very awesome back in the day. Thanks for the interesting find. I love traveling with you on your road trips. Ive made several cross country trips myself. So cal to Wilmington, north Carolina. Enjoyed every one.

Haven’t seen “The Hills Have Eyes” in decades, but this and your other filming location video sparked the nostalgia. It’s free to watch on Tubi, so I just turned it on. Thanks Justin.

Love this video Justin (and George!). I watched the original movie after you did the vid on the shooting locations. Wow. Some weird 70s stuff right there. And then my daughter and I watched the 2006 remake. Just plain ol' weeeeeird. With an ending that just doesn't make sense. Geez. Great video(s) though. Love these!!

Where are you....we are missing your great posts and content. We normally do not comment as we watch on a large smart TV .....but we could not resist as we are missing you both. You are hilarious and always leave us laughing. Your vlog is not a vlog at all it is a full on TV program and you do a wonderful job. Your travels have inspired us to travel more and even create our own content but we will never be able to match the full on programs that you create. Keep up the great work and we hope that you are both O.K.

Those are homestead houses people built small houses and the Gvy. gave them property theres tons all over that area. Alao Phelan is pronounced Feel-In, they were going to name a high school Phelin High, but that name ment feling High so Phelin High is now called Serrano high.
