The defendant did the right thing by the eyes of the law. It was wrong. I feel that she should be able to tell a tenant that she has 30 days to move out and then out to the 30 days if they do not move out then they get thrown out.
I think the Plaintiff was trespassed by the Sheriff because she was trying to pull a fast one. It sounds like she tried it & it backfired. She moved in on a month-2-month, was barely there one month & already announcing that she wasn't going to be paying rent for September...sounds like notice to me. The Plaintiff stated she didn't want to be there any longer & getting into altercations with the Manager of the property, that's why the police trespassed her. I bet she staged her stuff being thrown out trying to make it look like the Defendant did it. She was a scammer completely taking advantage of the Defendant's "don't play" disposition. The Plaintiff lost all credibility once she tried to act like a trashed couch was hers and inflating the amount of property she left behind. The laws are vague on short term residents. Most laws stipulate that notice is a minimum 30 days for a landlord to vacate a tenant between 1-5 years & a minimum 60 days notice after 5 years. In a month to month, the tenant has to notify within 30 days & vacate by the end of the month they paid rent for & the landlord has to give the tenant a minimum 30 days.
A total Karen defendant! I don't blame her for wanting her out if she wasn't paying rent because I've been in that position as a landlord when I had a tenant that didn't pay rent and I had to pay a mortgage every month. The video shows that the defendant was out of control angry and kicking the plaintiff out illegally and then lying by saying the plaintiff was the aggressor. Typical lies from a crazed Karen! As for the plaintiff a word of advice, you don't have to lie. Win or lose, honesty is always the higher ground to travel. So glad that justice ruled in this case. 🤗

The plaintiff had her rent paid in full
...I just got bad vibes from the Plaintiff. Something was definitely off about her; she acted like she was high off prescription meds or something. I think the other comments are right, she probably is a scammer. ...And first 'the receipt lie' and then 'the sofa lie' - what ever happened to judges dismissing cases once a litigant gets caught in a lie???
She was paid in full no scammer just a bully landlord
Just be happy she only had to pay her $1000 but in the end she got that tenant out and that saved her thousands
"Give it to me!" " I want it now!" 😂🤣😅😆🤣
The defendant couldn't clean up the house alittle bit before appearing in court?
Wow the plantiff is such a con artist. She didn't have any money and probably didn't have a job or a low paying job but still tried to get in that house and pull a covid lease 🤣
She had her rent paid in full
I'm a redhead. I always say Hell hath no fury like a redhead scorned.
😁
I’m scared of red headed women
Maybe self control should be something y’all need to apply
Plaintiff : ahhhhhh I'm stupid 😒🤪
My notifications come in as slow as the litigants
wow that's super slow
SQUATTING SCAMMER, GOOD SOMEONE WASN'T GOING TO PUT UP WITH THAT!!!
She had her rent paid in full
That plaintiff done lost her liveliness and personality someplace. Help this woman out and look around for it. Lol
Plaintiff thinks the judge is as slow as she is, nope!..lol
What was blurred out on the couch?..
That's what I want to know too, I'm nosey lol
I don't want to know considering the state of the rest of the place. Eew
Lol
Good luck to the next victim. Beware to the next landlord! I can understand the defendant's frustration.
The plaintiff had her rent paid in full the defendant was the bully problem
The Plaintiff a damn robot 🤖 not a very smart one.....
SO grateful I live alone. SO grateful.
The defendant keeps making excuse for her illegal behavior also all you have to do is Google if your action are legal as well
The defendant needs to tidy up.
I would toss their crap and take my punishment down the line in the same "speedy" fashion that the courts remove nonpaying tenants.
Something is wrong with the plaintiff and the defendant is not too far behind 😳
The plaintiff knew that she wasn’t going to pay another penny when she moved in.
She had her rent paid in full
this is why you need to take matters in to your own hands some times
calling the police only introduces danger to an already bad situation
I have no respect for SQUATTERS!
THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING, living for free at someone else's expense.
I hate eviction laws. I own a place I rent and I've been through this same mess. They produce check stubs then the 2nd month they act like they got laid off or fired. Then act like they aren't going to pay its ridiculous. I agree with the defendant no pay no stay.
A lot of the times, they quit or get fired. Then they make excuses why they are late paying till it is a year later and no rent paid.
@ReaP JoY you have to go through court for every state to file an eviction
Bravo to the landlord because that woman would not have paid a dime for like 2 years. Too many people playing the system.
She was paid in full
The defendant did the right thing by the eyes of the law. It was wrong. I feel that she should be able to tell a tenant that she has 30 days to move out and then out to the 30 days if they do not move out then they get thrown out.
Ive met sociopaths like the plaintiff. They are very cunning. I really feel for the defendant. Shes in over her head.
Side note, the defendant is a messy messy girl. What an untidy home
In a month to month, the tenant has to notify within 30 days & vacate by the end of the month they paid rent for & the landlord has to give the tenant a minimum 30 days.
the plantiff. the lights are on but nobodys home..oof 👁👄👁
Why do they have laws to protect squatters, when the squatter doesn't pay for anything? They can't live somewhere for free.
She did pay in full
Something is absolutely wrong with the plaintiff 🤦🏾♀️
The level of excited I get when I hear there’s a counter suit🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽I know it’s gonna be good
Ppl come to court with a lack of evidence is hilarious and expect the judge to take their word for it
The defendant reaalllly loves her graphic tees.
I would never rent a room in someone house, because this case would be in a different court.
The defendant must have some
Extra personal issues going on to act like that smh that’s not how you treat people, but karma has its way
If this was Judge Judy she wouldn’t called this case for what it is “a bum freeloading” aka squatter and dismissed this whole case. This judge pretends she goes based off laws expect for when she can speak Spanish with them then she goes based off feelings
