Desert camping trip in a teardrop trailer with my dog

- Nala and I drive down to Southern Utah with our teardrop trailer to spend a couple nights camping in the desert and exploring the area. Nala stomps, zoomies, and amazing views. This was a perfect little adventure with the best 4-legged friend.

The basic teardrop trailer concept goes back to the 1930s when magazines like Mechanix Illustrated published DIY construction plans, and they had a resurgence in recent years. There's a Wikipedia entry about them.

I watched this video through tears. I just lost my little girl 2 nights ago. She was a mini dachshund and she was 18 years old. She loved to be outside taking walks and smelling any and everything she could. This helped me to remember the good times so I thank you so very much!❤❤

That little trailer is perfect for one person and a dog. I like how it separates the sleeping area from the food prep part.
As soon as I saw the camping loveseat, for a quarter of a second my mind thought that’s too big just for Chris. Silly me it’s for Ms. Nala too. Bike riding is what I do with my dog everyday for miles and miles, we love it so much! Beautiful video.

What a wonderful calming video. I grew up in the desert and I hated it. Yes, it's starkly beautiful but the lack of water, trees, and greenery isn't for me. That watering hole was awesome but I'd rather camp on the ocean or near a lake. You and Nala are amazing !!! ♥
