After a full week of increasing the weights my body was not energetic enough for this final Friday one. Great to have sooo many good options to spice it up throughout the month 🎉
Freaking killer, workout. Popped up right after I did Julia Reppel's 25 min mobility workout, so went with the flow. What I took from this workout is that, watch what you eat and get good sleep, because I paid for it in this workout, even though I was pretty much on an empty stomach. All I can say is sugar and bread is bad. Especially when you're an O blood type. 1200 calories burnt between both workouts

I was away at the weekend so I couldn't do my favourite full body workout until Moday, which made me realise that I don't remeber waiting for any Monday with such joyful expectation as this one - I need to apply that trick more often 😀 doing this workout once is not enough, so after a pause for the comment, I'm going back to exercise 😁 Thanks a lot for everything 😍
All of the moves were as usual brutal but the best part of this whole workout was from 27:15 to 27:20 that little dance move was the charm of this whole session.. thank you sir for this strong and fun workout 💪❤🙏
