I found a fix. Try taking off the earbud part of the AirPod Pros and cleaning the back of it that touches the speaker. Then also wipe the speaker clean. This was the only thing that worked for me and I need to share
Idk what it is with mine, but there isn’t really a static noise. It sounds more like a really tiny ball is just moving around it my left AirPod and I can hear it no matter how loud I have it

MISHASHOW bro, Reset your AirPods and make sure they have a good amount of charge. After connecting make sure your iPhone Audio balance is set in the middle or not. Also check if both AirPods are charged or not.😊

Mine sound like the speaker is blown out it emits a humming sound on noise cancellation and if I hum or talk it crackles with a very irritating noise. I must have blown them out even though it’s only one the left ear.
Bro , Have you tried disconnecting all the devices from your iPhone, then Reset your AirPods, then connect only your AirPods. Also if you have noise cancellation, turn it off. It can fix the issue.😊
This is so out of date. Accordingt to that website the last version was 5E135 - 2 May 2023. My wifes headphones have a firmware of 6A321. which is not even listed. The fact that so many people are having this issue SHOULD tell you that there is a major design flaw with apple products... Which is exactly why I never touch apple. I would not be suprised if this is a fault by design to force sheeple to buy new upgrades. baaaa baaaa!

a new hint to solve the problem that helped me: change the earbud to a bigger one. I changed middle size earbud to big one and the Problem is solved.
