Great interviews! Just like other diplomats, being charming would be a necessary personality while doing their job, and all the representatives in the episode look like nice people. But I especially like the Brazilian representative, Mr. Miguel, he seems like a humorous and elegant gentleman.
胡椒餅+1 keywords: put inside a kiln, looks like they are making naan bread. Since 生煎包 are not supposed to be cooked in a kiln. 生煎包 need to be semi-steamed and fried so using a kiln is unlikely ;3
Great video, Allan is a professional host, especially in foods! 😂😂😂 Every food looks so delicious in the video, so bad that is only in Taipei. Glad to know other national friends’ lives in Taiwan! I think the food that the representative of Canada talked about is 胡椒餅， not the 生煎包. Their cooing ways are different. As his description, I think it is more like 胡椒餅.

I’m interested in some of the food in display, but don't know where to get them. Are they only selling at food exhibition? I've Searched at Costco and Carrefour ,but found nothing. bad.

The key words is the Oven, thus I guess the correct answer is pepper bun. Besides, Jian Bao use the pan and spatula not hands. 可能都圓的跟有胡椒，所以搞錯。就跟生麵團與烤過的麵包顏色不一樣
