When China is trying to invade Taiwan the major countries are tend to throw a wrench in the works trying to do something to prevent the invasion from success because they all need IC chips and most of them are produced in Taiwan. There aren't only five days in a year that the temperatures go beneath 18 degree C in Taiwan. I knew that Momofuku actually lived in Japan but he was born in Tainan, so I feel it’s important to mention that he is also Taiwanese. I think this is a forgotten fact in his history. Even in Japan you can visit the instant noodle museum and learn about him. But… he was “made in Taiwan.”
