- Today, I will introduce a very healthy pancake recipe using tofu and chicken breast.
Unlike regular pancakes, this pancake is a gluten-free dish that does not use wheat flour, so people with wheat allergies can eat it without worry.
In addition, the materials are simple and easy to make.

[Ingredients] 2 servings
・Minced chicken breast 100g
・ Silken tofu 150g
・ 1/4 onion (50g)
・ Garlic 2 tsp
・3 sesame leaves
・Potato starch 3 tablespoons
・1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
・ 1/3 teaspoon of salt
・Pepper a little
Perilla leaves can be used instead of perilla leaves.
・ Sesame oil Appropriate amount (not listed)
The ingredients are easily available, so I think you can make it quickly.

・1/2 lemon
・1 tablespoon of soy sauce
If you don't have lemon juice, you can use vinegar (3 tbsp).
[How to make]
Preparation
・Make the pancake sauce.
・Coarsely chop the onion.
・Cut the sesame leaves into small pieces.
・Cut the garlic into small pieces.
