Adoption is a blessing. For the adoptee, its a source of love, and security, because the family CHOSE them and it's a huge thing. Most of us don't get to choose our families. And its a blessing for the family to have a soul that fills a void they could never think be filled. All in all its a blessing.

This is a beautiful story. Sad too. But beautiful. Childless parents have a child. A woman without kids has a granddaughter. And an unwanted baby is loved so much by her parents that they cry when she learns about her adoption. Thank you so much for sharing Shafaq’s story.
Another great episode and topic. I always wanted to adopt a daughter because Allah had only given me a son, he is best planner but it didn't happened due to many restrictions financially and socially in a society of North America I am living in. It is not bad to adopt and I feel love of a mother who raised a child may not be compare against with the one who gave birth. Usually we have both role from same woman but when we split with adoption, raise a child is much harder and tough job hence it grows unconditional love bond with a kid over years. Lots of love for you Shafaq. Pls care for your adapted parents always, you mean for them as you said. Solute to your adapted parents too.

That is so sad to listen....I think mindset is all which has to be changed in a positive way....May Allah Paak bless this beautiful soul in both worlds and you kanwal jee Aameen. U r great
It made me sad to hear that the adopted mother cried badly and questioned her sister to why she told the truth to Shafaq but as a mother she never stood up for her daughter????? Didn't she see that till age of 13 her family members looked down upon her child? I think Shafaq's adopted family initially deserved being blessed by a child. Yes they raised her well but looks likes it was like a chore.
I can relate as I've already being through all of this and already shared my story with Kanwal some time ago. Maybe circumstances are different with me but topic is same.
yahi cheez mujhe adoption k liye backward karti hai kyu k hum beaulad couples tou bacche ko accept karlete hai par yeh society jeene nahi deti hum us bacche adopted feel nahi karate par log logou ki batein bahuth feel karati hai agar bacha mature dimaag ka nikal jaye tou situation ki samaj lete hai agar wahi kihi immature baccha ho toh samjhna bahuth mushkil hota hai all in allah sab ko naik aulad ata kare ameen aur sab baccho ko maa baap k saya ata kare ameen

And thank you Kanwal for bringing another amazing story to the forefront!
I feel for Shafaq, she is a strong girl, but I wonder that why she did not develop a bond of love with her parents who adopted her, gave a life, educated her, raised her well so she is now able to go abroad, Allah talah always has better plans for us , it was for her betterment that when she was adopted, so she was not living in a family where father is Alcoholic. She must have found a better home after they abandoned her.Yes our society is problematic as we have worst culture to discuss others, gossips about others than own buisness but I would say her parents deserve to be loved by her.
That is so sad to listen....I think mindset is all which has to be changed in a positive way....May Allah Paak bless this beautiful soul in both worlds and you kanwal jee Aameen. U r great
Shafaq! May Allah swt bless you immensely and your loved ones. Ameeen
she is so confident mA n soo cuteeee smile is suprrbbb mto fan ho gae hn a ki
It is such a powerful story and true face of our cruel society.
It was really very beautiful and moving :)
#SSPSQUAD MashaAllah, beautiful story of a young lady who has persevered in life and kudos to her adoptive parents
Wow her strength is amazing 😢
Sadqo!!! How brave of her mashaAllah! ❤️❤️
More power to u girl❤
That is so emotional and inspiring ✨ ❤
Brave girl amazing story which is very relateable
It made me sad to hear that the adopted mother cried badly and questioned her sister to why she told the truth to Shafaq but as a mother she never stood up for her daughter?????
Didn't she see that till age of 13 her family members looked down upon her child? I think Shafaq's adopted family initially deserved being blessed by a child. Yes they raised her well but looks likes it was like a chore.
So proud of her ❤
This is so beautiful.
It is the love that bonds a relationship not the blood.
Adoptions are tough I can relate that with my own experience .. usually the kids rights are neglected and the society doesn't give one's own right
Bless her!! ❤❤
Im crying what an iron lady ALMIGHTY HAS BEST PLANS FOR YOU
I can relate as I've already being through all of this and already shared my story with Kanwal some time ago. Maybe circumstances are different with me but topic is same.
Poverty leads to abandoning kids , but she is lucky to find better parents
Iski awaaz kitni pyaari h
yahi cheez mujhe adoption k liye backward karti hai kyu k hum beaulad couples tou bacche ko accept karlete hai par yeh society jeene nahi deti hum us bacche adopted feel nahi karate par log logou ki batein bahuth feel karati hai agar bacha mature dimaag ka nikal jaye tou situation ki samaj lete hai agar wahi kihi immature baccha ho toh samjhna bahuth mushkil hota hai all in allah sab ko naik aulad ata kare ameen aur sab baccho ko maa baap k saya ata kare ameen
Yes Jo adopt karte hain woh apni Jan se b ziyada us bache ki care karte hain... I have give my son to my jethani.. i am here in Bahrain and my son is in pakistan with my in laws 😊
Beautiful n courageous lady❤❤
Last sentence made me all teary❤
Love for shafaq.. 😊
Amazing ❤
I have adopted a child as well he is 7 now and I don’t know how to explain him he is too young I don’t know what will be his reaction may be he will not accept us as his parents but I can’t even imagine my life or even a moment without him…. My story is bit long I have adopted him through a govt organisation when I went there they called me after 2 3 days and said there is child you can take him my mil decorated the house ordered sweets prepared meals called guests I bought clothes milk pampers and went there took him in my arms gave him milk and when I was stepping out of the door suddenly a man came took child from me and locked the door and lady said we can’t give you I was shocked numbed standing blank there and they just give me the reason paper work are pending and you can leave I came home blank don’t know what to say everyone one was like you can take from some other organisation I said Allah has already given me child and I believe Allah will give that child my husband support was I can’t describe in words and he put lot of pressure through media sources and what not and after 20 days they called and said you can take that child… but now I don’t have courage to tell him that he is adopted 😢
Not all cases are the same. This girls story was very different, she wasn't told from an early age and she wasn't accepted by her extended family members ( from her biological parents) . Don't let your fears get in the way, you have showered your son with nothing but love and he will 100℅ recognize it. Don't worry, things will work out. ❤
Love and care will prevail every other thing. Being honest will be kind yet powerful.
After watching this show I told my son that he is adopted he is just 7 well from the v young age we were explaining and telling stories about adoption and we were introducing him adoption as v normal norm and I used to tell him that some babies comes from tummy and some from heart so Allah has chosen you to come from mommy heart and explained him in detail that some parents doesn’t have kids and some parents are not blessed with kids so Allah has created ways different for some people but I was amazed to see his reaction and he was perfectly normal and said I know I m the chosen one and Allah has chosen me to come from mommy heart and now you both are my parents and I don’t wanna know details of other parents and I was completely amazed and he reacted so mature and my eyes were teary so he hugged me and said mamma paida karne se palne wala bara hota hai and I was completely shocked and I asked ap ko asi batein kis ne batai he said you used to tell me stories and once you told me story about this phir mujhe yaad aya he was v young jub mei ne yeh story sunai thi jis Ka end yeh tha k paida karne se nai palne se piyar barhta hai ❤
