" Little indentations in here"??. In where?. Doesn't show where the drill goes through the steel of the back of the door. Confusing!!. Why is the drill in reverse on the plastic holes?.
It’s actually just the plastic cover that you have to drill into. It’s really easy if you use a pilot bit. The drilling locations are actually pre-marked from the factory.
@@davidellismartin9619 my wrangler is a lease, do you think the dealership would get upset if I drilled those small holes into the factory plastic piece? I just bought this table (without realizing I have to drill)
@@MissNielAngel I’m thinking they probably would not want you to do it. What if you could buy a replacement plastic piece and just keep it in the box so that when you turn your jeep back in, you could remove the table and switch out the plastic piece for the new one?
@@MissNielAngel I guess you’d have to ask the dealer 😬. I found this link which also shows how to install it. It’s got pictures of what the plastic cover looks like with the holes drilled. You could show the dealer the pics and see what they say, but I just don’t see them being ok with it. 😂🤷♂️ www.offroaders.com/projects-installations/jeep-wrangler-jl-rubicon/installation-mopar-tailgate-table-for-18-19-jeep-wrangler-jl/

I'm pretty sure that drill is running in reverse.
Took me 1/2 hour to install thanks to this video very easy so far table has been quiet and very functional
Thanks for watching, Robert! We appreciate you watching! -Zach
Does this mount into the metal of the tailgate at all or just the plastic?
Watch the whole video. threads into the tailgate itself.
Sure glad I found your video. Just saved me so much time as the instructions have NO written words. Great video.
Thanks for watching and I'm glad it helped, Bill! -Zach
Fantastic installation video of the product, it’s great to see before installing one. Excited to purchase one 😁

Sounds like it would be a loud rattle while off-road.
News flash..13mm is NOT 1/2 inch. Won’t work. Tried it. Back to start. Hole drilled isn’t large enough to fit hardware provided.
I was thinking the same thing.
1/2 inch is 12.7 mm, very close. Test with the spacers and if they don’t fit, just expand the hole very slightly until they fit.
I am sure glad she did not break a nail. That would cost more than the table. Nice job, thanks for the info.
Lol, me too! Surprisingly the nails are pretty good tools on their own. Glad I could help! Thanks for watching! -Merideth

I was going to buy one but that require drilling is not for me!

OMG all you ET employees talk the same rhythm same breath same style same pause.
The cup holders suck. Fix it to put a beer in there
What’s the weight limit the unit can hold.
She says 25 lb. near the end.
8:30
Upgrade the straps and it should hold more
Why is this $300?
Haha mopar is a joke in Sweden.
This cost only 200$ ish in US?!
In Sweden mopar charges 1100$ for it!
Because your government might have taxes on import products
Even $200 is a joke.
Nah not for me with that drilling maybe later on when the new car smell leaves.
$200 table with slots in it... no.
