I have a 1974 ts 400 in very good shape what kind of ignition would it have it once in a while will kick back and send me over the seat when it's warmed up
@@timothyscott6365 I believe the ts400 has a cdi. You may be able to retard the spark by turning your stator plate. I know that the TM400 was one of the first Suzukis with a cdi and the early one did the same thing when starting, and they could be very difficult to ride.
How much where are you based can you ship to the uk if so how much I have a running 6v suzuki ts 90 trail which I may sell swap ect for your bikes mine is a 1972 99 per ent original bike from michigan in the USA with us title
I had the same ts 185 back in 1976, bought it used, drive it to school, rode it all the time. Wish I had it back today
I had the exact bike as the tc. Id love to have it again.

I remember seeing those TS185's in the dealer showrooms. I lusted after one as a teen.

I thought in these years the pipe went low then came up at about a 45 degree angle with a short length at the end running horizonal.
The 100’s and 125, had pipes like you described.
My brother had a blue one awesome
They are super fun bikes! I’m amazed by how many people had one or knew someone who had one.
Nice
WHAT I broke my Left ankle on the 1974 TS.
BACK in 1977

@@StephenAltimas sorry both of these Suzukis have been sold.
The TS is more like a Dt175
Are either of the 185s still available? Prices?
The TS (silver one) is still available. It’s $1700 and it’s located in Hartville Ohio 44632.
