My "safe" and reliable products (oily skin, late 30s, warm olive): 1. Foundation: Charlotte Tillbury Airbrush Flawless 2. Colour corrector: Artdeco Camouflage Cream in Light Whiskey (usual pink correctors are too pink for my olive tone) - I can even skip concealer afterwards 3. Bronzer - Fenty in Inda Sun (used to be The Balm Olivier but it was discontinued) 4. Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte, Huda Beauty loose powder in Poundcake, Nikkia Joy loose powder 5. Brows: ABH Brow definer (Ash brown) and ELF wow brow (neutral brown) 6. Eyes: Natasha Denona either Mini Glam or Mini Nude - all shades and all combinations work great, Eveline Charming Mocha 7. Lips: pencil Essence lip contouring (08 big proposal), lipstick Nabla Beyond Jelly (Solstice) or - if darker - Charlotte Tillbury (Viva la Vergara), gloss: 3ina (503 nude). 8. Blush: cream Natasha Denona Rose Cheek duo, powder Hourglass Ghost quad (all shades mixed together) 9. Highlighter: My Secret (Disco Ball) 10. Pore filling primer: Smashbox Minimize Pores, NYX pore filler 11. Mascara: Essence Lash Princess, Pupa Milano Maxi Volume
My most reliable makeup is everything from Victoria Beckham Beauty. That entire line is outstanding. Pricey, but outstanding and luxury. Foundation is the Tom Ford liquid matte one. If ur oily, it is so lightweight and thin. Doesn't separate or get patchy. I don't feel it at all on my face, even over sunscreen.
The Natasha Denona concealer is my favorite too. I've been searching for years and years for a concealer that looks good on my face/blemishes and my undereyes. I've never found one that looks good for all uses, but this one does the trick! I'm not interested in trying any more concealers. This is it for me.
I love this type of content, it's my favorite! ❤ as much as I like hearing about all the new stuff, what I really want is to know the products that perform consistently and reliably. Like, what I'm going to wear for an event or pack for a trip so I can ready once and go enjoy my day without worrying if something will work or what it will look like later. There are enough variables already with traveling. All my favorite things seem to get discontinued, but currently my go-to items are: -Dior forever matte or nude foundation (feels weightless and lasts all day) - erborian BB cream or bareminerals complexion rescue when i want a sheerer/faster/applied-wiith-fingertips type situation -Catrice true skin concealer (previously my mini hourglass mixed with my mini CT concealer to lighten) -laura mercier ultra blur powder (only with a puff, brush looks decidedly un-blurred) -CT setting spray in white tea of Bali -jane iredale pommist for powder foundation days -dior backstage blushes in coral and pink, and tarte natural beauty (my beloved bareminerals celebration blush was discontinued) - nars Laguna 01 bronzer or hoola lite -glossier lash slick for separation, topped with tower 28 mascara (Laura Geller's original LashBOSS was my holy grail, RIP 💔) -bareminerals queen phyllis matte eyeshadow - em cosmetics eyeshadows for a soft coral-leaning look -ND mini love palette is surprisingly perfect now that i have soft pastel pink/purple and blonde hair -an indie brand metallic teal powder shadow that i use to line my lower lashes - tynt eyeliner in a purple/burgundy/maroon type shade -mac studio fix powder foundation is actually amazing when I don't want to bother with a liquid
Forgot to add supergoop glowscreen and tula protect and glow - I don't usually use primer, just skincare followed by sunscreen is enough layers on my face lol Supergoop glowscreen never lets me down, works under all foundations I've tried, and doesn't break me out (miracle). I thought I loved the CT spf primer stuff because it's so moisturizing, but it breaks down even Estee Lauder double wear foundation within a few hours. I'm 37, and my skin is sensitive, acne prone, combination (leaning dry since my 30s), a bit textured, and just generally finicky. Everything is trial and error now.
Thank you for an amazing video❤ I am very fair but with brown eyes, I have mature combination skin (slightly oily around the nose and chin after a few hours). My most reliable makeup products are: foundation: Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, powder: By Terry Hyaluronic powder in Rosy Light, Eyeshadow primer: Urban Decay Primer potion. Bronzer: Rare beauty cream bronzer stick in Happy Sol. Blush: Laura Geller baked blush n Brighten in peach delight. Highlighter: Kylie cosmetics - in Winter Rose. Eyeliner: KVD - Trooper. Mascara: Estée Lauder sumptuous extreme or Essence Lash Princess. Kajal/ eye pencil: Victoria Beckham in Ash or Cocoa. Eye shadow: this one is a bit tricky, because I have quite a few “can’t live without shades” but my top three are: NARS- Sophia, MAC - Kid and Makeup Geek - Shimma shimma, otherwise I’d go with anything by Pat McGrath. Brows: NYX - lift and snatch in Blonde. Best lipstick: Lisa Eldridge Velvet Ribbon and liquid lipstick: Maybelline Superstay Vinyl ink in Wicked (stays put for a whole day without reapplying!)
Great video, Kelly! My staple products: Mascara: Tower 28- it doesn't flake or smudge on me thankfully! Brows: NYX thick it stick it & NYX brow pencil Primer: Elf power grip w/ niacinamide Foundation: Haus Labs- worth the hype, best foundation I've ever used! Concealer: Tarte sea breezy. No one talks about this one, but its my holy grail! Once this is discontinued i want to try natasha denona and the haus labs concealer. Bronzer: Tarte Park Ave Princess or Makep Revolution's cream bronzer❤ Blush: Rose Inc -Delphine & Heliotrope❤ Powder: Moira set & correct (color neutralizer). Best. Powder. Ever. (Givenchy dupe) Lips: I love so many, but Nars afterglow lipbalm in Laguna is probably my #1 Eyeshadow: I love so many, but I can't stop using the Natasha Denona I need a Nude palette.
I'm also a big fan of the ELF Lash 'n' Roll in brown! I use it as my base mascara to lengthen and separate before adding a volumising waterproof mascara on top. I just can't go back to only using one mascara. It's too lacklustre a result for the look and wear time that I want. Glad to see you're enjoying the Kiss of Copper shade of the blonzer! I'm several shades lighter in skintone than you, Kelly, and I have all three original colours of the blonzer once they were re-released in the black packaging. I agree that the Copper is more glowy than the Pink. I see the difference in mine, too, and I don't have the original limited edition gold packaging, so I don't think they changed the formula when they brought the blonzers back. In my opinion, all of the other shades are more glowy than the Pink. Since I'm VERY fair and cool-toned, I have to use a light hand with the Copper and Rose, but I love them and think they look nice on me. Pink is still my favourite and gets the most use, though. I'd been stalking the Sephora Canada site for months to see when the two new shades (Mauve and Spice) would be available here, and they finally were in time for the Sephora VIB sale, so I picked up Mauve. It's very pretty, and I'm happy with my purchase.
I got the Flower Beauty blush brush on your recommendation and you are right…happiest with the way my cheeks look with this brush…thank you! Going to try the Elf lash n roll!
I’m a very simple makeup person and my everyday routine is extremely minimal, so this year I have been looking for the absolute perfect products, my safety net makeup, stuff I know I can slap on and it will look good every time. So far I’ve found: Elf wow brow, I’m embarrassed by how poorly my eyebrows looked in comparison before finding this. Sephora Big by Definition waterproof mascara, I was having such awful trouble with getting mascara in my eyes. Lash princess was the worst and made my eyes twitch from the stress. I started testing out tubing mascara on the recommendation of my eye doctor but didn’t like anything then a Sephora employee suggested I tried this instead. It’s literally the perfect mascara for me, every single problem I had was gone and it did everything and more that I wanted. Pretty fresh tinted moisturizer from colour pop, I’m almost certain it’s the “one” for my everyday needs, I have only had it two months but it’s the first product I’ve liked the look of on my skin. Other foundations seem to make my skin feel worse somehow. I want my skin to look like my skin but better and this is the closest so far. I’m still trying to figure out blush and lips, I will be getting some rare beauty products next so I will try Bliss for sure. I’m don’t know if it’s just me but I’m not satisfied with any lip liner I have tried and I can’t get any lip products to last through my job at an elementary school. I do one hour over lunch with 40mins of it outside for recess, and somehow absolutely every day every product I’ve ever tried is totally gone by the end of recess. Even lip stains and “24hr” stuff. I love the flower beauty lip stain in tempt and saucy, it’s exactly what I want look wise but it smudges too much and the only thing to actually stain is the dry patches and wherever it smudged 😅
Kelly, you should try wearing your rare beauty blush with BM kiss of pink! I have the saie blush in rosy which kinda looks like bliss and I always pair it with kiss of pink. They're perfect! The blonzer just kinda blurs everything amd has that subtle sheen
I bought the natasha denona color corrector and concealer during the Sephora VIB sale. And I hate that I love it so much. FYI, I have some of the darkest dark circles ever and it works so well to cover them. Also, I didn't know that my concealer/under eye area was heavy until I tried the ND convo.
Kelly I have the original kiss of copper in the gold packaging and it's def way more glowy than kiss of pink! The formula was always like that idk why!
Old Reliable Basics: Fenty Eaze Drops shades 4 and 1 combined; Kosas Cloud Set powder, ELF Flawless Satin Foundation in Pearl as concealer, in Bisque as brontour; Benefit Fan Out mascara (only one open right now); Benefit Precisely My Brow in Gray and Revolution clear brow gel. Everything else is subject to whim and weather.
Safety net product is such a good way of describing them. Too bad that mine seem to be discontinued (Bareminerals Bounce and Blur blush in Blurred Buff) and limited edition (NARS Soft Matte Tinted Lip Balm in Whiplash) 😢, but I'll enjoy them for as long as I can!
I do love my bareminerals blush in kiss of copper and I have medium to tan skin and it shows up beautifully. I also love their cream blush the bounce ones? I feel like it’s a cream to powder almost And then rare beauty is the go to for liquid blush. Again on my skintone I prefer the shades joy & love 🪸🧱
I don't really have a lot in my "collection" since I don't like to spend a lot of time painting my face (foundation and concealer are a big ol' no for me), but my consistent "I will run out to buy more once it's gone" staples are the Wet n Wild Photofocus Matte Primer, the Physicians Formula Refreshmint Eye De-Puffer, the Revlon Colorstay Creme Eyeshadow in Praline, and the Physicians Formula Diamond Mascara. My lippies are where I tend to vary the most, as I love lip gloss and lipstick and what have you, but my top four are the Milani Fruit Fetish Lip Oil in Strawberry Melon, the Physicians Formula Diamond Plumper in Champagne Cushion Cut, the NYX Butter Gloss in Angel Food Cake (which was my first makeup purchase ever as an older teen), and the Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Hibiscus.
I love the orange lip and i neeed the pink powder! 💕💕 fenty bronzer is my fave👍🏼 NYX lip liner is my go to! nude beige is my fave. So many amazing products you named! ❤❤
My ride or die products are Poppy Sloane mascara, Bad gal waterproof eyeliner, Skindinavia bridal setting spray and Jane Iredale pressed powder foundation.
My all time favourites are the hourglass mini blush in luminous flush, the IT cosmetics foundation and brush and the CLIO kill las mascara. But that mini blush is a year old and I’m not even close to half way on it and no other blushes Ive tried looks that good on my cheeks
I discovered Fenty Sun Stalk’r Bronzer on your channel and it was my holy grail bronzer for awhile. However, recently at Sephora sale, I splurged and purchased Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Cream Contour Duo in a shade Fair - and I must say it is THE BEST BRONZER I have ever tried. It blends itself, the color payoff is phenomenal, the shade looks just perfect on my fair skin, and it stays on all day long. I haven’t touched Fenty bronzer since I tried the one from Tom Ford. If you haven’t tried it yet - please please do. It is expensive but a little goes a long way, it seems like it will last a long time. It comes with a highlighter which I’m not a fan of, I only use the bronzer. Thank you for the video, love it! ❤
Love your picks i want to try everything u mentioned but i never have money to buy anything last couple years have been rough... but i did buy the fwnty bronzer in inda sun like 3 years ago i think and its my holy grail before i bought it my HG was the milani bronzer in i think 01 or something like that So my HG products so far that ive found are primer- havent found a hg yet, foundation-pur 4 in 1 stick foundation(in light),powder- was becca the hyra something cant remember name lol... but since they quit now its fenty in butter. I have huda beauty one but havent tried it yet,bronzer- fenty(inda sun) blush- patrick ta( shes adorable)or (shes pationate) but that shade hard panned on me after a couple uses so i need to either pick a new one up if i can find it or try his duo ones not sure yet, highlighter- dont use much highlighter but when i do lys(brave) or abh (perla) is my most used and for lips i dont have a fav liner or bullet i love them all lol...but for gloss my fav is tower 28,fenty heat,KAB lip oils and Anastasia. I dont have a fav setting spray yet either some i like but no HG yet ive only tried ones ive gotten in my boxycharm/ipsy boxes but so far i like morphe continue mist and fenty i want to try the Charlotte Tilbury one once i get money to buy it 😂 its been on my sephora list for a long time 😢 i just cant afford high end makeup i only get makeup right now through my ipsy subscriptions thats all i can afford
I have 4 of the Blonzer's and They are my go to blushes. I hit pan on Kiss of Pink and bought a new one as backup today at Ulta. BM lipsticks are fantastic as well and not mentioned that much these days. Honesty is my favorite everyday color. The Jones Road pink powder sounds very similar to the #3 Givenchy loose powder, so I'm not buying the Jones Road one. The Rare Beauty blushes are great and I bought a full size which will last forever. Since then I've bought 2 more, but in the mini size which will last forever too. I discovered NYX about 15 years ago when they were rare and hard to find because I believe they are L.A. based. I pretty much have lots of them, but Nuse Truffle and Natural are daily faves. It's funny how we gravitate to certain same items no matter how much makeup we own.
The only concealer I have ever worn that DOES NOT crease on me is the Joah serum concealer. It also sets on its own and is super lightweight. I'm almost 34, and always had issues with concealer creasing. I use the Joah over all of my expensive ones most days, unless I want extra coverage.
I was really hoping to get the natasha denona concealer while i’m in the US but i couldn’t find ND in ANY sephora, apart from a couple of palettes! I got a bunch of products from your recs though, the blonzer, the nude truffle lipliner and the cloud perfume for example!
I have the opposite experience with the elf lash and roll and the tower 28 mascara. My eyes turn down a little which I think leads to inevitable smudging for me, but the elf mascara smudged within an hour whereas the tower 28 smudges just a tiny bit at the end of the day
Part of issue with tower 28 concealer might be your powdering method. I almost never powder and the Tower 28 is the only concealer that never creases or fades on me (and I wear it for 10 hour shifts at a hospital with no time touch up). However, I tried you technique today and it did this weirdest breaking up creasing thing. (Concealer is super personal, though, so it might never work for you. The coloupop one actually bubbles up and the cracks on me, but some people adore that one, so, you know.)
No one talks about that foundation because it runs so orange. I like the formula, but every shade around my skin tone makes me look like an Oompa Loompa.
She has naturally wavy hair texture, you can achieve curls like this with a 1 inch wand. I use a conair 1 inch tapered wand to get my hair like this and my curls last for several days...i have hair that typically needs heat from both sides to curl but that little conair wand is magic. Dont go above 360 degrees!
If I have to do a redo on foundation which until I just heard you I thought I was the only one who did that, my go to is L'Oreal true match. Now one would ask why not just use that every day... ?Because ... " Crazy foundation lovers" don't roll like that 😂. If you're wondering if being a crazy "have to try all the foundations" thing, goes away with age. The answer is no. It gets worse because age makes your skin change so that in turn makes you crazier 😅.. sincerely KLF - 63 years young
You mentioned some of the choices being predictable but I kind of like that. It shows that your “favorites” are actual favorites instead of something you say we “need” and then never see again in a video.
My "safe" and reliable products (oily skin, late 30s, warm olive):
1. Foundation: Charlotte Tillbury Airbrush Flawless

Kelly, your hair is so stunning!! I love, love your curls!! Can you do a tutorial or a short, please?
i had been eyeing the tower 28 mascara in brown and was hoping elf had a brown shade!! they do! 🩵

All my favorite things seem to get discontinued, but currently my go-to items are:
-Dior forever matte or nude foundation (feels weightless and lasts all day)
- erborian BB cream or bareminerals complexion rescue when i want a sheerer/faster/applied-wiith-fingertips type situation
-Catrice true skin concealer (previously my mini hourglass mixed with my mini CT concealer to lighten)
-laura mercier ultra blur powder (only with a puff, brush looks decidedly un-blurred)
-CT setting spray in white tea of Bali
-jane iredale pommist for powder foundation days
-dior backstage blushes in coral and pink, and tarte natural beauty (my beloved bareminerals celebration blush was discontinued)
- nars Laguna 01 bronzer or hoola lite
-glossier lash slick for separation, topped with tower 28 mascara (Laura Geller's original LashBOSS was my holy grail, RIP 💔)
-bareminerals queen phyllis matte eyeshadow
- em cosmetics eyeshadows for a soft coral-leaning look
-ND mini love palette is surprisingly perfect now that i have soft pastel pink/purple and blonde hair
-an indie brand metallic teal powder shadow that i use to line my lower lashes
- tynt eyeliner in a purple/burgundy/maroon type shade
-mac studio fix powder foundation is actually amazing when I don't want to bother with a liquid
Forgot to add supergoop glowscreen and tula protect and glow - I don't usually use primer, just skincare followed by sunscreen is enough layers on my face lol
Supergoop glowscreen never lets me down, works under all foundations I've tried, and doesn't break me out (miracle).
I bought the elf lash n roll per your recommendation and it’s the perfect everyday mascara :) thank you!
I’m so happy that you like it!
Completely agree
Love it for that beautiful everyday look
I did too!
I was thinking about getting this, now I will 🤣
I love the nyx lip liner in the shade natural, it’s so nice
Love the Carrie Bradshaw hair and orangey coral lip in this video. So stunning! 🧡
Omg that HAIR! It’s beyond stunning.
I bought BareMinerals blonzer after your recommendation, can't even tell you how quickly I hit a pan on that blush. Absolutely love it !

I'm loving the ELF Lash 'n Roll mascara in brown! No smudging or flaking, even through a 12 hour work shift. Thanks for the recommendation!
I got the Flower Beauty blush brush on your recommendation and you are right…happiest with the way my cheeks look with this brush…thank you! Going to try the Elf lash n roll!

Just got that Fenty bronzer at Ulta plus the current GWP
Love your picks i want to try everything u mentioned but i never have money to buy anything last couple years have been rough... but i did buy the fwnty bronzer in inda sun like 3 years ago i think and its my holy grail before i bought it my HG was the milani bronzer in i think 01 or something like that
So my HG products so far that ive found are primer- havent found a hg yet, foundation-pur 4 in 1 stick foundation(in light),powder- was becca the hyra something cant remember name lol... but since they quit now its fenty in butter.
NYX Natural is my BABY. Nude truffle is a close contender but natural??? Flawless. Gone through four of them lol
Please give us some hair tutorials and recommendations ❤❤❤❤ love you're content
The only concealer I have ever worn that DOES NOT crease on me is the Joah serum concealer. It also sets on its own and is super lightweight. I'm almost 34, and always had issues with concealer creasing. I use the Joah over all of my expensive ones most days, unless I want extra coverage.
Hair tutorial please girl lol ❤❤❤ beautiful!!!
I was really hoping to get the natasha denona concealer while i’m in the US but i couldn’t find ND in ANY sephora, apart from a couple of palettes! I got a bunch of products from your recs though, the blonzer, the nude truffle lipliner and the cloud perfume for example!
Kellyyyy please please we need a tut about your awesome curls 😍😅which wand do you use?❤❤❤
My sister doesn't wear much makeup but wanted a little something for her wedding. I popped kiss of pink on her and she loved it!
I feel the same way about Tower 28 vs Lash n Roll, however the black Lash n Roll smudges a bit on me but the brown never does!
Interesting! I’ve tried both colors and haven’t had an smudging
I love the tarte cloud foundation too ❤️
STOP WITH THAT HAIR ALREADY, FFS 😍😍😍
Ok you’ve convinced me I need to buy the Natasha Denona concealer and the e..l. f Lash n Roll mascara!
I hope you love them!
Haven't watched you in ages - didn't even recognize you with the hair! I love it! ❤
Kelly I love when you wear your hair like this! Are your curls natural or how do you do them?!
I'm literally putting on that Tarte foundation as I'm watching this video😅
This lip is 🔥 on you!
You need to try the RMS Beauty blush...a dream
Your hair looks amazing
I bought the Fenty bronzer and the rare beauty blush in bliss and hope on your recommendation and wow they're so good !
I’m so happy you’re loving them!
@@KellyGooch I really am ❤️
Bare Minerals blonzer in kiss of copper is my HG
when your hair is all curled like this is that your natural hair? or do you curl it?
If I have to do a redo on foundation which until I just heard you I thought I was the only one who did that, my go to is L'Oreal true match. Now one would ask why not just use that every day... ?Because ... " Crazy foundation lovers" don't roll like that 😂. If you're wondering if being a crazy "have to try all the foundations" thing, goes away with age. The answer is no. It gets worse because age makes your skin change so that in turn makes you crazier 😅.. sincerely KLF - 63 years young
Thank you for this video

Where do you get the triangle puff you use for the pink loose powder?
Don’t mind me I’m just catching up with Kelly. 😍🥰
❤❤❤
Seriously how are you curling your hair? I've asked before but I'm seeing no answers
I have a tutorial on my Tik Tok :) I used a quarter inch iron
@@KellyGoochCan you post it on TH-cam shorts?
I got nude truffle because you recommended it, its also very short!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
apparently they reformulated the nyx lipliners😪
You mentioned some of the choices being predictable but I kind of like that. It shows that your “favorites” are actual favorites instead of something you say we “need” and then never see again in a video.
