The studious types, who attended lecture 1 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, cut lecture 2 from 10 to 11 and chilled out in the coffee house, and attended lecture 3 from 11 to 12. Then there were the cool kids who sat in the coffee house for lecture 1, attended lecture 2, and went back to the coffee house for lecture 3.
