  • Today I'm getting back on track with my healthy eating habits/ workout routine/ recovering from a weekend of partying for Halloween! I do some cleaning, stock up on veggies from the farmers market to make my healthy salads, make some healthy recipes and go to our fancy gym to get a workout in! thanks so much for joining me!

    I'm just like you! All the outings with friends require drinking, which I love, but need to stop doing. So I'm a hermit with no social life..I need to find another outlet 😆 love your videos

    I completely understand the hermit/no drinking/no social life conundrum. I have anxiety about it until I go out to meet friends and order my first soda water extra (!) lime juice and then it’s a breeze to continue turning down drinks. Winter is hard with the early sunsets too! Look out for yourself girl, love that salad inspo!

    I love roasted chickpeas--I don't even season mine. But I used to make a salt and vinegar kind that were really good, though!

    I love how Colin is casually sitting there while you always clean. Cooking, too. Why do young guys never help their women? Plus, why hasn't he gotten the shoe off the roof for you yet? I like your haul from the Farmers market. Very nice gym. Food looks delicious.

    Not judging at all (I just ate a little something dairy today myself and I'm mostly plant based), but I was wondering if you were comfy talking about why you guys started eating eggs?
    That bowl looked fantastic, I want one now! 😋

      A few different reasons mostly because I want the extra protein now that I have been on a consistent strength training routine, most other vegan weight lifters that I follow eat a bunch of processed sources of protein like cookies cereals mock meats etc to hit protein goals and I don’t want to eat all that processed foods to get more protein, i would rather eat something unprocessed/ a whole food. That’s just a quick explanation but I have other reasons too!
