Fathers of Mercy, you always have beutiful Homilies. The first Father of Mercy I'd listened to was many years ago, Fr. Wade Menezes, in Irondale, Alabama, EWTN. Thank our Father in Heaven for all Priests.

I have to say, this is a great camera being used. It's so clear and like he's in my living room. 😊
    A terrific homily, too!

Beautiful homily. Love Fr Geraci…my one confession with him changed me and my life forever. I know it was Jesus and he was just the placeholder, but I’m so thankful he was there to fill the space that day and it warms my heart every time I hear his voice.

Can someone tell me the mystery and purpose and meaning of the incense over the bible, priest and the people?

    • @stopfabrications

The visual imagery of the smoke and smell of incense reinforce the transcendence of the Mass linking Heaven with Earth, allowing us to enter into the presence of God.

for goodness sake, make Latin Mass more available; preferably daily
where parishioners have more respect in praising God 100%
The modern mass/N O mass is a disaster where parishioners please themselves by not going to confession taking communion in the hand.
A lot of you priests are NOT saving souls and therefor causing these ppl to sin
Latin mass is filled with young families and teenagers and the church goers tell me they regularly go to confession...........receive communion kneeling and on tongue only from the
priest. Altar servers are all boys..........possible future priests and real men.
Some catholics tell me they are in favour of ecumenical. ( in the N O mass)
Wrong ; we are Catholics and live a catholic life with gratitude from Jesus...a sin to be luke-warm and indifferent
Maybe go after protestants for reparations, who took our churches and murdered Catholics.
    Maybe not!

Only good thing about N. O mass, I can understand all of it. I'm a convert and have never learnt latin. However if I have the choice I would rather attend a latin mass because of how reverent it is

Thank you Tara elizabeth. I pick up gradually Latin and prayer books have Latin and English. The parishioners in the Latin attend regularly confession and receive Holy Communion only by a priest while you kneel and on the tongue. The church goers of N O tell me they do not go to confession and just please themselves taking communion on the hand = desecration. . My bishop only allows one Latin Mass a month in Bruges. I havn't met him yet to make him an offer he can't refuse= regular L Mass. I wish you well Tara
