I completely understand where you're coming from about being stuck in bed. I was in bed most of 2016 which was a very traumatic year for me. I'm terrified that after surgery in a few weeks being stuck in bed will trigger that part of my brain, bringing all five horrible memories back and the anxiety and depression will creep back in. Thank you for making this video and for being so honest. I am emetaphobic so I also struggle with nausea which is one of my main fears. I hope today you're feeling a little better and that it's all uphill from now on. 💕 Was your surgery at Riverside?
Thank you so much ❤️ we offer always think of physical healing and never about our mental well being of feeing so horrible for a long time . Luckily I never actually got sick, and the nausea has seamed to have gone today! And to be honest if my children were older I could probably be a little more active around the house, but if I join them and my husband , they want to to carry them and play and do piggy backs (they are 1.5 and 3 ) so I have sort of kept to resting upstairs . My surgery was at the General with dr Singh ! Even tho his office is at riverside . He was truly amazing , and I had a really good experience there (although Ive also had bad experiences there too)
Thank you all for the support !! If you have anything I haven’t addressed or you want me to do a video on please let me know !
Lots of love ❤️
You look great. Be patient. It does get better. (I feel the same, nice to have a sister in this process)

Endo sucks. Let's hope it's gone. Fevers are a sign of issues, call your doc.
