The background music keeps fluctuating in streamed it on to my TV the sound gets really loud and then really quiet.
Ah thank you for clarifying Haley. I wonder - could it also be a dynamic music mode on your TV? I've had a listen on my end, and while the music may be a bit on the loud side it doesn't seem to fluctuate like you describe.

Dr. My child is turning 5yrs old on october 30. Now his in kinder garten. Teacher said his smart hi knows the lessons. But the problem is he can't sit still and even make loud noise at times just ro get classmates attention even when teacher is talking in front. But at home he can sit coloring and or writing his name. What do you think is the problem?

I cannot sit still for over 50 seconds and even before those fifty seconds I’m extremely fidgety- I have asd and possibly adhd too and sitting still is a huge task for me, I often catch myself slightly rocking back and fourth and sucking my pinkie. I also have quite intense stims such as violently jolting my head back, biting my fingers, arms, etc. hitting and scratching. I’m a very paranoid and anxious person so I stim to calm myself down, sitting still makes me feel as though I’m going to be stuck in the same space forever and someone’s going to harm me. I’m desperately trying to learn how to sit still because people have told me it’s quite annoying that I can’t and that I’m just attention seeking and it’s a bit upsetting haha.

Dr hw can i work with Grade R teacher complaints child dont sit still always looking to disturb kid next to him we. His. Done with his task first but also says his a brght child who knows his work just very playful 😢
I find so often that bright kids can have a hard time sitting still. There are a couple of possibilities why;
1. They're bored! Imagine if you had to go back to early school days and sit through lessons again. You would find it hard to sit still. The teacher may need to look at providing material that provides some more engagement.
2. They're impulsive. This is more apparent when that kind of behaviour happens in more than one location. Can he sit still at home? (And not while watching TV or other screen-based devices, that doesn't count)
If he is a bright kid, I suspect there's a bit of both of these going on. Ask him about the school work!

To test you for your own distractibility and focus capacity ;)
That, or in my early stages I was unaware of how loud the sound was coming through as it sounded fine on my end!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been optimal - but are you using speakers or headphones? And by sound do you mean the music in the background?
I appreciate the feedback, I've had this comment once previously, and I have tried to amend in more recent videos (this one is two years old and back in my early phase of recording!).
I'll aim to do better in future videos!
