i was in my burnout phase for 4 months until i realized that i cant take anymore. my anxiety was uncontrollable ,i was so emotionally weak that it was tough for me to even talk about my feelings without crying. my father was my biggest support during this. i took few weeks off which became necessary and i finally feel motivated again and coming out of it is like a super power i never knew i had. if you are feeling the same ,please dont ignore it, take care of yourself, relax, and stay strong. Loved this video! I’m just coming out of doing absolutely nothing but laying for the past two/three days. I have ADHD and tend to experience burnout quicker than neurotypicals. Body doubling helps me get out of the paralysis I experience as a result of burnout, and your videos and it’s productivity is my form of body doubling. So thanks, because I started studying for finals after watching this. ❤❤❤

During the last year I was in burnout for a long time to the point where I neglected myself, creating hormonal and mood problems where I did everything for others and didn't give myself the opportunity to do what I wanted to do. This year my boyfriend decided that I had had enough of this behaviour and now I am going to take a few days off from school and my family (who are mostly responsible for my burnout) to spend a holiday at the beach and leave my worries behind and enjoy a beautiful moment together ♥
I paused midway through the video just to say that your videos and content have always been there for me and helped me through thick and thin through the past couple of years. Every time I feel like I'm in a SLUMP or feel like I'm going back wards or just am stuck in a hole, you always have a video that has answers and suggestions to get out of it. Watching u always feels like having a video call with a best friend who's known you all your life. Thank you for that. And I hope you have people to always help you up as well...aight...that's me going back to the video
I’m burned out, like severe. I crashed in May and further crashes in August. Heavy anxiety, adrenaline rushes in the night, zero energy, can’t work. Slowly getting better for the past 3 months but it’s a process of slowly adjusting your pace, little movement and no stress. At my worst I couldn’t even watch tv for longer than an hour and if I did too much physically (like walk 30 minutes) I would shake and getting really tired. There is a difference between feeling burned out and BEING burned out.
I saw this the same day I decided to ease my way back into working out and I did a 10 min workout sometimes you have to push through despite how you feel because if you promise yourself that you have a goal and are going to work hard to achieve than you need to work for it daily. While that might not be everyday being consistent is key 🔑
after my breakup last month, i felt so so bad. But then i found your TH-cam Videos. You feel like a sace place. I love all of your Videos and you give me the feeling that Everything is going to be ok in the end. Thanks for the Motivation ! Please dont stop to make Videos ! Thank you for Everything ❤️
I currently have covid but it is actually helping me take a much-needed break from my worries and stress. I'm just hoping I can get back to life without struggles.
I needed this, truly needed this. My rooms have been accumulating so much junk and my schoolwork has been piling up. I've become so overwhelmed and stressed I just want to sit and cry. My mom expects good grades and a clean room and lately I haven't been motivated to do this. I've tried to explain this but she just replies with "we're all demotivated, that's not an excuse." I want to move to Canada just to hopefully get to meet you in person because you've helped me so much for so long and I love you for it

I have definitely been burnt out before summer vacation and now I am somewhat healed, but not fully...so I feel that my healing journey isn't complete yet (I thought it would be after summer) and I've got new responsibilities...what would you (multiple you, as I would love to have advice from the community) do if you were in the same situation ? Context : I'm a PhD student in a country where I would want to stay, on a student visa so I can't really take a whole year off and just have a real gap year to "waste" the school year. Lol “one second” humor lol I remember when I had a job that there was so much to do I was working 14-15 hours daily and even skipping over lunch and dinner sometimes. My personality likes challenges so I never seen it as burnout but my personal life took a toll where I was too busy for anything or anyone else. Luckily that is all in the past now. Did well there but not much to show for it

Hi Rebecca, I am Sunir, I am trying to startup Here in San Francisco, I just wanted to get you short feedback on this IDEA. IDEA : People have difficulty staring at the camera lens to create videos, they have to focus on the camera lens while speaking the right thing. But People can speak much more effectively when they speak in front of a mirror alone in a room. Solution: A Two way of Mirroring Flexible Foil that stands between the creator and the camera lens, the creator will see his own reflection without seeing the camera lens (just Like looking at the mirror) but the camera will get a clear image from another side) as if there was nothing. I had this problem once when I had to record a video, But I have never been a Regular video creator so I can't verify the problem on my own, So I just wanted to know if you have the same problem, or did you had this problem when you started out as a TH-camr?
