Just discovered your channel through this video and I loved it a lot. I like to watch productive days of other people because I consider myself very productive and high achieving but it got out of hand lately. I am dealing with panic attacks the first time in my life, anxiety and overwhelmedness because of uni and life. And it makes me sad because I love living a productive live. But right now I have find out how to live it in a healthier way. For example I don't plan a concrete schedule for the next days because it overwhelmes me so much that I can't get anything done because my body hurts just thinking about all the stuff I got to learn and do. Well it is a journey I got to take and your video motivated me a lot, so thank you!

i learned a bit growing up but I’m not completely fluent yet, just being exposed to the language and speaking with my bf and friends helps a ton! biggest advice is to try not to be embarrassed when speaking and be confident! try speaking to other people if you know anyone who speaks french ☺️
