As a Vivid student of Thai lesson. My Heartful Thanks to all my Mentors & friends whom I learned from communicating with Thai's from their Language for the past decades. Hoping I can visit Thailand in the near future soon after this COVID Pandemic. Hope I can be qualified as a certified native fluent speaker without any suspicion as a foreigner speaker, While I'm still Learning & I'm proud to be a Native Filipino Chinese. ( Chairman of Phil Lioc Kui Foundation 2018. ) 68 year of age. 😊 .. Welcome ( Thai's ) all out there to improve my thai lesson while vice versa improve your English, Pilipino & Chinese language. 🤭
Watching your consonant class videos followed by the short and long vowels. Do you have a video on special vowels? After the short vowel video the next video was on usage of sa nuk and dta lok which went way over my head. Would be great if the videos played in a good chronological order Thanks Chet
This is a great lesson format, with explanations followed by short quizzes, because these quizzes force us to think in Thai and practice what we learn. Thank you.
Yaak -want, Bpai -Go & Duai -too/also, I remember. Can't put many sentences together, but getting a lot of words...helps to be there in Thailand (Pom yaak bpai duai ?!). Pom yaak gin duai! Provocative and informative...very useful when eating -gin khao. Sanuk -maak. Enjoy your channel Mod.

of course is completely different in term of vocabulary. besides, indonesian as a malay based language, unlike phasa thai, is not a tonal language. the only similar about them is the sentence structure
@@gustidarma3186 yes, that is true. I mean Thai and Indonesia language are almost same in structure so that it makes me easier to understand Thai language.. only tones and writing system make me work harder to understand Thai language.

Good to see you looking so well Mod. I've missed your Videos. Have you been ill for a while you look a lot better these days. Can you recommend a good school in Thailand where I can go for 12 months?
Hi Kruu Mod. Thanks for the VDO krap. I wanted to ask about the phrase "hen duay"... I was taught this as the correct way to say "I agree" in passa Thai. Is that correct? Kob kun krap.
ก็ เหมือนกัน.... I never learned this and no one bothered to correct me saying ด้วย For a long time I mixed up กับ and กัน. Also, the translation for the word 'for' is tricky since there's 3 options and many times it can be omitted entirely.
Sawaht dee khun Mod! Shouldn’t we add “lay-oh- at the end of a sentence to demonstrate the past tense? Like...” Agaht dawn lay-oh”. The weather was hot? ;)))
Terryl Miller no u wouldn’t need to put แล้ว(láaeo) in that case, it’s only used when saying you’ve already done something, or something has already happened. It’s the same as ‘’already’' in English.
but my gf said "i will leave you at skytrain if you say 'khun chaawp gluai mai khrap?' at skytrain" And she said some peoples can misunderstood you if you say that. They can think that you have naughty things at your mind."
Thai people don't usually understand sarcasm. It's good to see that you do understand sarcasm. "Our Prime Minister Is funny. He likes to make people laugh." Hilarious!.
Beautiful Lady. Wonderful Teacher. I can listen to her all day along 🙏
Kru mod you are the best teacher .....Your video's are Truely very helpful ....khop Khun mak khrap...🙏🙏🇹🇭🇹🇭💞💞

Mod, you always do a great job of explaining Why you do or don't do, and also the positions of the words.!!

Thank you Kru Mod..If i am buying something and i want to say (i want this also) ..เอาอันนี้ด้วย is correct?
Yes you can say that. :)
Are there in Thai words ending with a sound -o?
Kru Mod, is it okay to just say "Kun chawp gluai muean gan", or the meaning will be different?
Hi Kruu Mod.
Thanks for the VDO krap.
I wanted to ask about the phrase "hen duay"...
I was taught this as the correct way to say "I agree" in passa Thai.
Is that correct? Kob kun krap.
That is correct. :)
It's shortened from "Phom/Chan Hen Duai" (I agree). The usage is exactly as in English either saying "I agree" or just "agrees". Hope this helps.

For a long time I mixed up กับ and กัน.
Also, the translation for the word 'for' is tricky since there's 3 options and many times it can be omitted entirely.
I am happy to hear that you learned something new. The word "for" in Thai is indeed confusing. I should make a lesson on that topic. :)
@@ThaiwithMod we look forward to watching that, Kru Mod! :) ขอบคุณนะ

How to pronounce your Surname?!
Jaganath how can i show you ? 😂😂
Thao Nguyen I’m just kidding I actually watched a vid explaining the pronunciation:)
Point being it’s a famous unpronounceable name hehe
Jaganath haha i know 🤣🤣🤣
2000jago You don’t see the problem because you don’t know it’s a Vietnamese name that is not pronounced like that _at _all:)
Thai people don't usually understand sarcasm. It's good to see that you do understand sarcasm.
"Our Prime Minister Is funny. He likes to make people laugh." Hilarious!.
Roadrunner Sorry, dude, but- major fail. Thais love sarcasm and Prayut is known for cracking jokes all the time.
Never, because I dont speak thai! Haha
You can't say 'I called my mom already' , that is Thai grammar and not English grammar. The proper way is 'I have already called my mom'!
You are right. I should have said it correctly. My mistake, thank you.
Yeah, that's true for proper grammar. However, during speaking that's a typical reply. "I called my mom already."
Too quiet!
Wow you are cute and beautiful..
maybe it’s easier for Thais to learn English in order to earn more from tourists who mostly speak English?
