The Little Me Can't Do It

- The personal separate self, aka, the little "me," wants to get enlightened. But enlightenment is the discovery of what is most real about us: our True Nature and the Little Me is a fiction. The fiction will never become enlightened. It is precisely that fiction that we wake up from. We discover that the very familiar sense of this separate self was never more than a learned concept about ourselves that is held together by unquestioned assumptions in our culture. We don't kill our ego. Who would ever think to do that? Ego perhaps? Hence the dilemma: What the Little Me wants, it can't do. This video discourse, explores how this dilemma can be resolved.

Beautiful. Yes, there's an openness, a sense of expansion, and a relief when we are willing not to know. It also took me into my sixties to see what had always been right in front of my nose. It takes what it takes. And it is a blessing whenever it is seen. All the Best, Don
