You forgot to mention that all these home listings are for the super rich and wealthy and also you forgot to mention that in Santa Monica there’s tons of homeless people so you’ll be paying well over $2 million for a house and you’ll have nothing but homeless people living right outside your house

For me? Tujunga, Sun Valley, Eagle Rock, Chatsworth, Lomita and Rancho Palos Verdes Estates.
Question: when referring to "The South Bay", what "bay" are you referring to? I live up in Northern California, so "South Bay" means San Jose and Silicon Valley to me. :) Thanks!
It refers to the area south of LAX in the Santa Monica Bay

South Bay means San Jose and Silicon Valley to the Bay area metro and maps , just as South of LAX means South Bay for being one of the 16 geographical regions of Los Angeles County map.
What both have in common is most Southwest Bay area and then the Ocean, and Most Southwest Los Angeles County, and then the Ocean.
South bay is Hawthrone, inglewood, Torrance, Lomita, Gardena, Carson, lynwood
Redondo beach
Instead of focusing on the Real Estate aspect and 'moving to LA" you should make localized videos like other "Best cities/states in America".
This is more Luxury home shopping - essentially unaffordable for us 99%
