    PALLOF PRESS WITH BAND (5 VARIATIONS!)
    If you’re looking for an effective anti rotation core exercise, in this video I’m showing you how to do the pallof press. I’m demonstrating the pallof press at home and building core strength with the pallof press.
    I’ll show you five pallof press variations. These are pallof press variations with resistance band. This is a pallof press tutorial of the pallof press exercise, paloff press, or palof press. Some people consider it the best core strengthening exercise.
    This is often referred to as a cable core press or pallof presses. Do the pallof press for your core and the pallof press for abs. I explain the anti rotation benefits of pallof press.

    I also do the upwards press. I usually do out, in, up, in and repeat. It engages different muscles. I don't understand why putting the leg out changes anything, but I'll try it.

      Putting one foot in front of the other tends to engage the internal obliques on the opposing side more. I think it's very functional, since we do most activities unliterally.

    Terrific but don’t understand the logic of doing on both sides. It looks like a unilateral move.

      🤔 Not sure what you mean. The band is coming from one side so one side will be doing more work than the other.
