One of our waterfront concerts: HALIFAX waterfront, Nova Scotia, Canada; directed by John M. Hill. JMH
Gorgeous!
Lovely rendition- musicality plus great tone and control.
I'm the conductor; this was the town band in Halifax, Nova Scotia (includes Dartmouth city) and the band was The Dartmouth Centennial Band . John M. Hill (NOT James Gourlay(?)) JMH
Amazing material,! I love the modal transitions
Listeners note the lovely Canadian songbird that plays a duet with me starting some 20% in...
My favorite song out of the whole concert
You must be an Eb tuba player at heart!!
scott, hmu
Great tone and interpretation! And some of it is well above the usual playing range of a tuba. Like playing a trumpet well above "high C".
I miss playing the Tuba...
Randolph, you got it wrong !!!!!! JMHill
I play Trumpet lol but one day I'll learn
Does anyone know who arranged this and possibly where I could find a copy?
Try scwatson@ku.edu
Just seen this, sounds like my arrangement, but I may be wrong. Published by Crabtree Music, available through De Haske/Hal Leonard
