  • You may have seen some home decor wall hangings that have several panels grouped together to create a larger panoramic scene. That is the concept of this card, but obviously on a much smaller scale! Once you get the concept of how to cut each piece, it really is quite easy. Enjoy the tutorial!

Thank you Lorraine for giving your viewers easier measurements and instructions to follow. This is a beautiful card with the time and effort, because any mistake in measuring or layout will be obvious. 💖💖

It really isn't too hard. Basically, cut the equal width strips from one piece, keep them in order, then trim a little off the tops and bottoms appropriately. It's pretty easy compared to some other card designs. Give it a try a few times! You'll see how it goes. Good luck, and thanks for your comment!

@@stampwithlorraine5074 I was late getting my new catalog.. I forget it's a fiscal year.. lol. But.. yes. The newer DSP is Gorgeous. I wanted to be a more Active demo... but.. I use another company a Ton- so- I just advertise my Own art... using stuff I can use without penalty. I do a lot of 3D paper craft.. so, I get a kit sub from another place, and, I buy their die range. Most are limited runs. I ❤️ SU punches.. and, I don't think you can have too many trimmers, or inks, or stamps. I have about 250 die sets. Both SU and the other company. I buy stamps and dies from a smaller online business too.. so. I just like to watch a Couple of people. I liked your channel, immediately.

Lorraine I’m just wondering, why didn’t you trim the card stock and DSP before you cut the strips? In my head it would have taken less time overall and the possibility of being ever so slightly short on any piece would be eliminated. I’m new to card making so what might seem logical to someone with more experience isn’t for me. Thank you. Never mind. I continued watching and got my question answered. 😊

Could u make cards for 4 in by 5.5?

Hi Donna! It is not our standard size here in the U.S., so I don't do that size. Of course you could adjust the measurements to be a little narrower. Make your layers smaller than your card in 1/8" or 1/4" increments. Thanks for watching.
