Harvesting Fresh Honey Deep in Appalachia

I had an amazing opportunity to travel to Hinton, WV to go see the Appalachian Beekeeping Collective extract some honey from their local bee keepers. I learned a ton about the importance of bees, as well as got to try some super tasty fresh honey.
