- Day 2, a bit of a sleep in to recover from the last few days fishing and hiking. Then I find a ledge, catch some kingfish, breaksea cod , harlequin fish and a groper and catch some herring for bait the next day.

I find a wet cloth over the fish's head calms them right down for hook removal and release.

Hey Guido, can you recommend any places in Albany to fish from the rocks for amateurs that are relatively safe but also have decent fish like grouper, king fish etc?
Closing in on 100k fast mate, ever thought about attaching a water wolf to your line, pretty risky exercise i guess, but the footage could be amazing.

With ya float bud I use to fish it with a joiner knot instead of a swivel. Put on a small bead then the float but the floats I used had a built in weight an I’d have another bead between the hook an float.

They are 10W panels made by a company called Kings Adventure. Mostly an Australian 4wd gear company 👍🏼

Have you had much success with live bait sliding from these spots. Id reckon with herring as thick as the flies over there you would have easy access to the bait.

Hey brother I live in the state of Washington my favorite place to go camping near the Hood Canal only has one way out and one way in when I camp there I get fresh crab oysters and clams that's my favorite dinner when camping. Question of the day do you ever eat steak or pork chops or chicken?
I love a good steak, and other meats. I prefer to catch my meat while camping thats all. part of the experience

we call them yellowtail kingfish, so yes. some places call them yellowtail amberjack
