I highly recommend getting a travel size Salt and pepper shaker rather than what I have seen you utilize in your prior videos of carrying your salt/pepper in a small container. Putting your fingers in the container will ultimately lead to contaminating the salt/pepper and I think I recall a video in which you found mold in your pepper container which validates my assertion. Anyways, love your vids and hope you continue making amazing content!

Just being an old guy, a few thoughts....Maybe a checklist? You could have two checklists. One for the standard stuff like lemon, salt, 'sharp' knife, mini-cutting board, and then one for the specifics like garlic, onion, and recipe specifics, also 'proper saute pan'. Just a suggestion. Oh, just another thought....when you use tortillas, you could fold a few times and then pre-wrap in aluminum foil and just place it on the coals for a few seconds turning a few times. Heats them up really nice. Another recipe for cooking fish, using aluminum foil, place the fish filet, lemon and other seasonings and seal, and place on coals, turning a few times. Just a few thoughts. Always look forward to your adventures.

Yes it does say 30-35yrs and 820mm long. I have caught ones that are blue and much shorter however but perhaps the most common size and age is that. It also says they don’t grow much after 30yrs however they grow much bigger then 820mm so I think there is more to learn
