Ask Jen- How do you decide to help a resident transition over the 🌈 bridge?

Friends, we always welcome questions from you fine folks about the sanctuary. And following the loss of Yumi, we got a very thoughtful question about how we make the decision to help a resident cross the rainbow bridge. This is how we process those decisions. And we would say this is one of many ways to make these important decisions- we have found this to help us arrive at the best decision for the resident.
