I discovered this band and many others through much music USA which was so much better than MTV. The Odds, Tragically Hip, Limblifter, Age of Electric, Tea Party! I Mother Earth, then also Barenaked Ladies and Our Lady Peace! Damn bro I miss it.

Nope, not just you. 95-97 was definitely a golden age for Canadian alt/hard rock. We also had Our Lady Peace, Moist, Matthew Good Band, The Odds, Rusty, Sloan and a few others. Big Wreck just burst on the scene and The Hip were arguably at the peak of their commercial success. The longing for those days is real. :(

I was directed music videos in the 90s with no formal training in video production and I was killing myself trying to figure out how they got this look for the longest time. The point is things we take for granted now with out-of-the-box Lens effects.
