Bro, Fantastic job again. There is a liquid you can use on wood which expands it. If you apply it to the toe of a bat where there are sections missing the liquid will expand the area and then you can use your sander to restore it to the original shape. I've seen it done and the results are excellent. It's as if there was never any damage.

Lovely Job i tried to copy your way of repairing my bat but used Gorilla glue it didnt work broke after four balls is there better glue to use
Gorilla glue is not for cracks , its good only for surface repairs ,so use high quality PVC glue for like "TITEBOND" , if you did it well definitely it will survive for long , Keep watching us

mostly depend on the glue you used , what is the glue you used ?

Nothing to do with the glue. If a bat is this badly broken it cannot be fixed in a way that it will be suitable for a hard ball. The only reason to do this is either for sentimental reasons or if you want to use it for hitting tennis balls or something like that. I’d say that to use the bat in the video with a hard ball is a health hazard.

@@farmanullahsafdar2868 its always better mix the compound with bee wax. And melt both till get converted to liquid. Then you can apply it to the bat and do the normal polishing process

At time of posting rhis video , i didnt have a buffing machine , so applied the polishing compound by hand .

I can’t help but think when I see these bat repair videos that the balance would feel off and the bat would play like a plank with no ping. I could be wrong, I’ve never played with one

Sh usmanji they can't give guarantee as the bat is already broken and they have done enough for it to work. After repair if it breaks, you can dispose it or luck summons upon you, you can get those parts and get them repaired . This cycle will continue. And these good men have done a great work repairing it.
Is it worth repairing? Will the feel be the same as a new bat? Doesn’t seem worth the effort.

If you play very hard shots then you should use Kashmir Willow bats ....they are made for playing rough shots
