"Living in -Prescott- Chino for Less!"
There, fixed it.
Can I recommend that you invest in an inexpensive mic? It would dramatically improve your videos! Thanks for them btw, I'm researching moving to Prescott from Honolulu.
I was going to suggest that too. Maybe a clip-on mic would help.
@@livinginprescott Actually, after watching more of your videos I see that you do have clip on mics! :-)
We do if we’re in a noisy place. Again our goal with the channel was to get information out there. We’re complete amateurs as far as the video goes but it’s real and it’s us. Thanks for watching!
Zillow says median for Prescott is $583,571. Redfin says $593K. Just sayin'.
How's uber and lyft out there in prescott as far as driving?
Not much of a presence in the area yet. Time will tell.
2024 update?
We have seen a slight cool off especially on homes that were overpriced to begin with. Sellers are negotiating in most cases with all of that being said if the home is priced well, in a good location and is in good shape it will sell quickly.
So I'm told it's really windy there. Is it?
Generally speaking, yes. Springtime is the most windy time of year.
@@livinginprescott How about destructive winds?
@@georgehirvela7435 they definitely are possible especially in monsoon season. Not uncommon for a storm front to bring in 30-40mph gusts. Usually the damage we see is a few lost shingles, down trees etc.
Lazy G brewpub is so so so overacted. It’s a dump. Prescott needs a sleek modern brew pub like Fate Brew pub n Phoenix!,
this is the last roar of the baby boomers, 30 years from now, it wont be pretty
