I've started October 2022. I'm based from my home and I am in the mall at a kiosk on the weekends. I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out what sells. I have noticed baked goods is a no unless it's a chocolate chip cookie or gob. I've started dehydrating fruits and making my own mix. Just waiting to see if this goes. The first month at the mall I did manage to make enough to pay the rent

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants: eating-spots in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app
Mall? Soooooo expensive! I had a retail store and I would never go into a mall again. My honest advice is don’t sign a long term lease. Please. I seen so many kiosks/stores come and go. Best of luck

❤ subscribed I do spice blends under Tennessee Food Freedom Act rules So I wasn't very happy when I found out no powdered meat bullions would be allowed Cuz no meat products are allowed right now So I wrote to the Tennessee legislature Asking them to make an exception for powdered meat bullions for those of us who do spice blends Some have written back some legislators said they will bring it up for consideration when they reconvene in January I'm hoping they do because the majority of my products have dry powdered meat bullions in them It really stinks because I'm stuck with all of this mix product that I can't do anything with Lol Start a spice business they said it'll be fun they said 😂😂😂
