    certified Iyengar yoga teacher. You will be using some props.
    When you need a boost, this sequence will unlock new energy and activate blood flow throughout your entire body.Some of the poses included in this sequence: Baddha Konasana,Upavistha Konasana,Janu SIrsasana,Upavistha Konasana Baddhanguliyasana,Bharadvajasana,Baddha Konasana Baddhanguliyasana,Gomukhasana,Paschimottanasana

    It’s 4 o’clock in the morning here in Palm Springs California I really enjoyed this mini warm up before I take my three mile walk it will be 120 today early rise early to bed desert existence and of course more Yoga when I get back it’s wonderful to find your channel thank you

      Lovely you found me and find the short practice useful as well as being a good preparation before your walk.
