The cream puffs introduced in “Matsuko & Ariyoshi Karisome Heaven” are exquisite! The sesame tuile on top is fragrant and the choux pastry is crisp and firm. It goes perfectly with the rich custard made with Hokkaido milk and fresh cream! Patisserie Porte Bonheur is run by a couple who met in France. Both my husband and I are top-class chefs who trained in confectionery making in France. The sweets, which are made with the motto of being neat and careful without being too overdone, have a reputation for being delicate, beautiful, and delicious. Seasonal sweets are popular, and the summer-only cake ``Momotaro'' made with whole peaches is so popular that former V6 member Sakamoto-kun introduced it on TV.
A cake shop full of happiness run by a married couple whose landmark is the ladybug, an insect that brings happiness. Please stop by once!

ポルトボナールさん…。北浦和にこんなにステキなケーキ屋さんがあるとは…知りませんでした。近々、浦和に行く機会があるので、北浦和まで足を伸ばして行ってみようと思います。
ポルトボナールさんのケーキには、アート感があるなあ…と思いました。
ケーキの上面…限れた狭い空間に色とりどりのフルーツ、クリーム、ナッツなどで造形された美しいアート…、スゴク素敵だなあと思いました。丁寧にバランス良く作られている焼き菓子にも美味しそうで…観ていてため息が出ました…。
とてもステキな情報をありがとうございます🩵お店の方々の雰囲気も優しくて良いですね👍作る方の丁寧さ、優しさがケーキにも反映されているなあ…と思いました🌸
