*Leave Certificates can only be provided for short-term illnesses only such as a migraine, colds, flu and gastro.
*We can only provide Leave Certificates for up to a couple of days (i.e. today and possibly tomorrow); we cannot backdate a certificate. We cannot follow on from a Leave Certificate issued by a Doctor, or issue for a long-term illness, or for the treatment of a pregnancy-related condition.
