    Genuinely some of the best fusion tutorials on TH-cam. I've learned so much about navigating the program from these videos. Just being able to select only bodies and making selection groups and grouping large numbers of timeline events. Truly thank you for your great explanations and tips. Explaining the shortcut commands you use help so much.

    Great video, I had know idea how you where going to approach this design, You really made me think about the loft , twist, and pattern functions, I would not have done it this way because of my ignorance.

    Kristian!! Your tutorials are fantastic! I learned so much with this one. I’ve been creating some lampshades and the ribbed style is the one I was looking to learn. Thank you! ❤

    Tack för intressanta och lärorika instruktionsfilmer, jag gjorde min egen version av denna och printade den, den blev jättehäftig!

    Very cool. I was thinking of making a coaster like this for CNC milling. Though it could make a cool mug also.

    Love this video!! Do you have any general pointers for mimicking an emboss on a surface that’s curved in more than one direction?

    • @KristianLaholm
      @KristianLaholm  ปีที่แล้ว

      I use an intermediate body and emboss on that. Then add that to curved body or use split face + offset face, will not work on all surfaces and there will be distorsions of the sketch you want to emboss.

    Didn't know you could constrain one lines center to another line. :) I usually use dimension, the half of the vertical line to the horizontal line.

      There are some useful ways of using constraints but it's a bit hard to find help/tutorials on all the small tricks.

    Do you have beginner videos, to start learning how to use the program?

      While I don't have a complete beginner's series available, there is a basic playlist on my channel that you can follow once you have a grasp of the fundamentals of Fusion. This playlist will guide you through some essential techniques and concepts to help you progress beyond the basics.

    Watching fusion calculate may be one of most stressful thing 😂
