Boonlert Thepsimuang hi, I'm not opening this type of cam adjuster because of the hard spring, when you try to put it back again it's not aligned properly, better buy a new one. Thanks

Hi i got a noise on my 2013 e 350 m276 motor. It has 52000 miles and the noise sound like a chain rattle but it goes away after 4 seconds. What should i do warranty is over already. Thanks
Hi, thanks for your educational videos on M157 engines, I have a question for you, My car has a M157 in it and its in stock condition, I noticed on cold start it makes a knocking Nosie and after I turn off the engine for few seconds and turn it back on the knocks goes away! what would you think is causing this issue?

Did anyone try any non-OEM parts for the camshaft adjuster and how was it
the 276.9 intake actuator is spring loaded... have a tear-down and assembly for it?
You need to fix a tool before you open the cam adjuster to hold it in place, i try before with a piston ring compressor tool unsuccessfully

Tasos if the cam magnet is failing will it make noise on start up. I have a rattle noise sometimes on start up.
Sounds like the chain tensioners are failing. It creates a rattle.

I had the same rattle at 25kMi only... the rattle means engine just needs better lubrication!
Use thicker oil 10w40 every 7000kMi.

changing the oil to thicker one dose is effect the engine?!
