      I hate to ask this Question but you do have a Snippet,? Of this Releaesed and not just a Short, Correct? By Snippet, I mean a 3 or 4 minute Video going into more detail than this. I Know you do, that's why I ask because in this Format (Shorts)
      I think the Message is Lost. Good for a Filter and Tunnel, Regardless.
      Cheers.

    I’ve fallen into this trap. It’s so hard to get out of it. I think I would be better off without a phone. It’s basically become a vital organ that gets overused. This is where discipline comes into play. Geez…I need to get my shit together. I think making a schedule with time frames would help immensely. These things aren’t foreign to me either. I’ve done them before but I’ve lost them somewhere along the way. Where? I cannot say. It’s crazy how fast we can lose ourselves and can’t even recall how we got to this point.

    I have autism, a tip for people who struggle to get out of bed in the morning is to put on headphones. Slowly start playing music louder and louder,
    This may not work for everyone, however many other autistic people I know use this tip.

Furthermore when I’m in bed relaxing I like to make calls to people who I need to speak to and check important emails. So it actually creates productivity for me. Not every day though

    Usually I lay in bed for about 1 or 2 minutes then get out of bed. I love that my window faces east so I get the morning sun. I usually have my morning coffee at 5:30 AM, but that's okay because I get up at 3 AM for the morning (also have a second coffee at work at 8 AM right after arriving and that's all the coffee for the day).

    One thing I can promise is truly destructive: waking up to a life without hope, a life that is not worth experiencing. It sucks all energy out of you before you even start, making it hard if not impossible to change said life for the better. Doesn't matter what you know. If you don't do it anymore, it gets worse and worse.
    Of course there are ways to turn that around. Doesn't matter if you're on your own and too broken to do it yourself.

    I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 8. I'm 30 now. I refuse to just accept that all my procrastination and laziness is just "my ADHD". I'm seeing it all the time now. Everyone is self diagnosing themselves with 15 illnesses and then intentionally leaning into every one of them to validate themselves. Maybe you don't have ADHD if you're on your phone til the second you fall asleep and then again the second you wake up. And every minute of the day in between you have a constant information stream entering your head from a screen. ADHD is now just a product of environment now. Everyone proudly claims it because it's a blanket excuse for all of their shortcomings. That and the fact that it's essentially medicated with pharmaceutical meth and it turns out most people enjoying getting high to function.

    • @mikafoxx2717
      @mikafoxx2717 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I know some people that definitely have ADHD and it's not just distractions like a phone, perhaps from how they grew up. But even someone like DaVinci almost certainly had ADHD. That being said, even with their medication it doesn't do everything for them, they still need to put effort into what they're doing just as if they didn't have medication, it just gets the ball rolling. People with actual ADHD don't get affected by coffee, or it puts them to sleep. Low level amphetamines act like caffeine to those that it doesn't do anything for.
      I'm not as bad as others I know, but I have some extent of ADHD and when trying one of their pills, I could think clearly and follow conversations and speak easily without jumbling everything up or getting distracted by everything else. I dropped out of highschool for a year because despite every teacher saying I was very intelligent, and an IQ test that backed it up, I couldn't get shit done in that educational context. Found another school after that, which was far better structured for someone like me, even let me use a typewriter to type essays because computers had too many distractions.
      ADHD isn't something a pill can fix however, just like depression. It might help you get on your feet a bit, but it's your legs that have to do the walking.

    It is a great truth! The vagus nerve and its branches capture human posture and many other body parameters. That is why some people, when guiding a meditation, suggest taking a “dignified posture” that informs through a bottom-up mechanism that we are safe and connected to each other. According to Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, it is vital to feel safe and connected to be able to navigate stress and meditate.
